Bought some takeaway food and ate at the neighboring McDonald's. Great taste as that of a KFC. The location is convenient.

The online order was over 1 hour late. The restaurant refused to answer the phone afterwards. This is definitely the worst place to order from. The food quality is low, and the service is even lower.

We spent a lot of money on our order, but when it was delivered, the receipt was placed on someone else's food. We ended up with a small meal after spending £25. This mistake was due to careless staff, not the delivery driver. I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from this KFC.

I needed to eat a bit quick and easy after leaving a meeting on Thursday at 10 o'clock. they are one of the few almost food items that are open at princes street, and there had no waiting long to glasgow. all respect for those who need to work too late, with drunk party goers and confused tourist sites.

I am from the USA and this was on my way to Old Town so I thought what the hell. I admit I was curious to see if it was the same as in the USA. And it was not. It was MUCH better!!! I boneless strips were the best I ever had at KFC. Even the fries were very good. Service was fast and order was correct. Don't understand all the bad reviews my experience was very pleasant.

This has got to be the worst experience ever. You ask for one thing and they give the other. The chicken was so overfried the outside was hard and oily and the chicken breast was super dry. The chips tasted old. My wife wanted tea but they didn’t give any milk. When she asked for a milk they turned round and said well she should have asked for it then go there’s no milk. Several of the table had past rubbish which the staff didn’t seem bothered on cleaning. All I could see was the staff behind the counter chatting and laughing among themselves. Seriously if you want better kfc goto the one nearby in Waverley Mall

Avoid visiting this KFC location. On three separate occasions within a week, we requested only specific pieces in a 10-piece meal box. Each time, we were told that they could not guarantee our request. While we understand this policy, a little effort or assistance with our request would have been appreciated - it's just basic customer service. The staff at the counter seemed unwilling to help in any way. Additionally, each time we visited, the 10-piece meal box was already prepared and sitting out, indicating that it was not freshly cooked. Save yourself the time and head to the McDonald's next door instead. KFC should investigate this particular outlet.

I’ve given it a one but it deserves a 0!! We didn’t get a receipt from the SS machine just a number, when we were called I went over and didn’t think it was my order! I hadn’t ordered pineapple for my grandson and I wanted a fruit shoot he had a medium Pepsi max?? I pointed this out and she was flapping the paper about I said I don’t have a receipt, she was neither listening or bothered by what I was saying she was already on her next customer ! Our portions were so small my grandson who is 5 wanted more so I had to go back and get a large chicken popcorn as the beans and pineapple went in the bin! Definately won’t be back nearly £17 for nothing and terrible service!

We visited this KFC this evening, all the order screens were full so we went up to the counter to order, ‘can you order at the screen’ we were told, we ordered and paid and it says take a number but there were no numbers to take. Then got told they don’t have some of what we ordered so had to change it, after already paying for it. The floor and tables were filthy, floor unswept, tables full of rubbish and dirty so we went downstairs. Found a table that was less dirty than the others and just as we sat down and poured our drinks, we got told they are closing downstairs in 5 mins, so we have to go upstairs. I said everywhere is dirty and she just looked at me. We go upstairs and it’s a disgus...
