"The orders were mixed up at this restaurant, the salad was dry, and the cucumber looked like it was sprouting another life form (as seen in the picture). When I called to complain, I first spoke with a woman who seemed new and didn't know much, so I was transferred to another employee who was very rude. He tried to claim I was at a different address and said they always have problems with me, even though I am not at the address he mentioned. He abruptly hung up on me."

"I ordered by phone because the website was not working. My husband spoke with the delivery driver for 30 minutes, struggling to understand him while giving directions and waiting outside in the dark. When the food arrived, it was cold, and there was a bag of chicken nuggets with our vegetarian meal, which we assumed was a mistake from another order. We threw them away since the driver had already left. The BBQ dipping sauce I ordered was missing, and instead, I received three garlic and herb sauces, even though the driver had assured my husband that it was included. This has been an ongoing issue with the dipping sauces. Today, I noticed an overcharge on my bank account. When I called the restaurant, they initially claimed they had no record of my order and tried to dismiss me until I mentioned the possibility of fraud due to the overcharge. Finally, after a heated argument, the manager agreed to refund the extra £5 for the chicken nuggets that we did not order and are not part of our usual order history as vegetarians. The disrespectful treatment we received guarantees that we will not be dining at Herbies again."

"OXFORD’s best pizza! the number one in oxford for high quality pizza. the service is independent of when they order or how much they order, the delivery is always on time. the delivery staff is simply the best. large menu including all the popular ben and jerry ice creams are the sides all great, the best curly pommes they can get are sold here. the staff is the best, very friendly, helpful and always eager to serve. from here. "We have ordered from this restaurant many times before without any problems. The last time we ordered delivery, there was a mistake but they made up for it by giving us a free pizza. Their service is excellent and the food is delicious. We will definitely continue to be returning customers."

"Ordered through Deliveroo at 6:20, estimated arrival was 7. Got to 7:15 so I phoned in and a woman told me it was on the way, while on the phone the delivery status changed to being delivered (obviously changed it whilst I was in the phone). I live 10 minutes away, got to 7:15 and still no food so rang back and the same woman said it’s 5 minutes away and promised that I would get a refund if it wasn’t, saying that it was because of traffic (new years day literally no traffic at all). I waited 10 and phoned back she said 2 minutes, at this point I’m annoyed and said she’s obviously lying and my son goes to bed soon so if it’s not on the way just tell me as I need to sort him something. She said it’s literally 2 minutes. I don’t believe her so I cook him something, gets to 8:15 and I phone to ask for a refund, a man answers and tells me the delivery driver had broke down, I said fair enough but I’ve been phoning you for an hour, it’s apparently been on the way for an hour so I think your lying either about my food being on the way at any point, or about how long you’ve known about the driver being broken down to try and keep my money. He says he’ll issue a refund, I thought that would be that but 2 hours later I check my Deliveroo account and see that no refund has been issued. I contact Deliveroo who sort it for me but also tell me that none of their drivers had broken down that evening. I made a complaint but doubt anything will happen. I’ve no idea why my food wasn’t delivered but being lied too for over an hour while I could’ve just ordered something else really peed me off."

"Possible the best burger I've ever consumed and that is a bold statement to make as I travel the country and has experienced many burgers up and down the land. Fries were fries possibly only way to make these better would be with abit paprika. Garlic sauce, again, absolutely nailed it, perfect garlic sauce, not none of the minty stuff you see in alot of takeaways. Only wish I could rate higher, keep up the good work guys, best in Brighton by along shot."

"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, and I also highly recommend trying the hot chocolate cookie with ice cream. They offer a convenient click and collect service with on-time pick-ups. However, if you order a thin crust pizza, there is a small chance it will come that way. I only received a thin crust once, so I suggest calling them after placing an online order if you prefer a thin crust. The staff is friendly and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza."
