"I love moo boo drinks specially brown sugar milk tea and go often to get it , that’s why I gave you 1 star but the service from specific lady is so terrible, she’s so rude that she doesn’t know what customer service is definitely! We ordered two drinks as it’s small and crowded we couldn’t hear our order number and was waiting atleast 30 minutes even when customer who arrived after us got their drinks and it was empty .Instead of calling us again she was so rude when I inquired about my drinks! I’m so sure that she didn’t called our order number.Just made our mood bad. ! Please do improve your Customer Service!"
