I visited Bubbleology Cardiff last sunday. It was fantastic! I was expecting the same quality here but I am totally disappointed. Will never visit again.

The woman with the blue hair is so rude and acted as though everything we asked for was a too much effort for her. Tea was watery anyway so defo won't be coming back

The experience at this restaurant varies each time I visit. Sometimes the drinks are very smooth, while other times they may have bits in them. However, when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they promptly replaced the drink with no hassle. Overall, they handled the situation well. View menu

I've been twice, twice the tea was very watery and not very cold. I didn't know anything and the boba was very hard. Apart from this, I don't know what the problem of the working girl is, but she has such a bad attitude. She wasn't even with me, she was very hostile and rude to the next two groups that came after me.

Even though it may not be easy to find, this restaurant in York is definitely worth a visit. Despite being busy and having only one staff member who may come off as grumpy, she knows what she's doing and gets the job done. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, and the kids had a great time. We will definitely be back next time we're in York.

The lady with the blue hair is so rude if I’m honest. She literally has the worst attitude ever towards customers and stares at you. If looks could kill, then god damn I’d be dead. However, there’s this other lady there who is extremely friendly and nice, unlike the blue haired one. The tea is sometimes too sweet or sometimes not sweet enough, but that’s always with the blue hair person. If u go, watch out for her x View menu

my grandad is letting me write this review because he waited outside with our dog for some time . the lady with the blue hair was nice to me but when i saw how she treated the lady behind me i was astonished .i think she is a little tiny bit rude i think she told me very kindly what flavors there were and then i stepped aside after i chose my drink but when the lady behind me got the complete opposite treatment to me. i know i am being a bit harsh but it is the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant to buy bubble tea for myself and a friend. While placing the order, I was consulting with my friend about what flavors to choose. Unfortunately, the server displayed impatience, muttered under her breath, and ultimately refused to complete our order. If possible, I would rate this experience 0/5. There are many other bubble tea establishments in York with much more pleasant staff. This encounter was disappointing, and the server should consider reevaluating her attitudes towards customers.

I've been in Mooboo many times to have a bubble tea and it's always the same story: they take EDAD. I remember when they first opened and the tail was so big that these guys couldn't serve the drinks on time: that day I waited 2 hours to get 2 bubble teas. I'm not kidding. But you know, I understand absolutely, I was busy. After that experience, I went there again and again, when I was busy (4 people in the tail) and when I was absolutely dead, and then I realized that the service was not slow because they were busy: NO, it was just them.
