"I've been in Mooboo many times to have a bubble tea and it's always the same story: they take EDAD. I remember when they first opened and the tail was so big that these guys couldn't serve the drinks on time: that day I waited 2 hours to get 2 bubble teas. I'm not kidding. But you know, I understand absolutely, I was busy. After that experience, I went there again and again, when I was busy (4 people in the tail) and when I was absolutely dead, and then I realized that the service was not slow because they were busy: NO, it was just them. I've never seen a lot of employees so clumsy and disorganized. God, for 1 drink, wait at least 10 to 15 minutes, and for me (which I work for Pret, so we need to attend to a customer in 1 minute) is simply amazing. Every time I go there, I know it's gonna be a waste of time. It's a shame because drinks are actually very good (and that's why I keep buying), but, boys, they need to improve their service speed!!"
