"One particular incident, among many others that myself and my friends have experienced, involved me stopping by to grab an iced latte before heading to the cinema. I had half an hour to spare, so I didn't think it would be a problem. There were three staff members working and only a few customers in the entire place. I was the only person at the bar, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to quickly order my drink. The bartender assured me he would make it right away since I was going to the cinema. However, after waiting for 5 minutes, a customer at one of the tall tables, who had been waiting for an hour, asked when his order would be ready. The server checked the system and realized that the order hadn't even been sent to the kitchen. The customer had to reorder, and when his order finally arrived, there was not much of an apology given.
After 20 minutes of waiting, I went up to the server again to check on my order, as I needed to get to my seat. To my surprise, when I asked how much longer it would take, he looked at me with confusion and asked what I had ordered as if he had never seen me before. The lack of communication and organization in the kitchen was extremely frustrating."
