"Was ignored for 30min no one came to take drink order or order completely ignored unfortunately no social distancing was followed at this premise only reason I gave 2 as I came here before and food was good but this occasiona it was too busy was ignored completely I can understand under staff due to Covid but no need for ignorance there were few other people I saw the disappointment on there face I don’t usually give bad reviews but I had to this occasion please advice customer when short staff and at least serve or take their drink order"

Booked a table only to go and to be told the restaurant is closed. Tried to book another table somewhere on the app it didnt allow me because of double booking

The customer service here is perhaps the worst I've experienced in London. We requested some extra food to take home, only to discover later that some items were missing. When we called back, they simply said it was our fault for not mentioning it to them. It was very disappointing!

The restaurant was clean and set out beautifully We were greeted well at the door and seated us in a comfortable spot. We needed a gluten-free options, remember stuff bought us the allergy list and explain to us what we can have. When the food arrived it was presented very nicely and it tasted even better, we did finish the meal off with a pot of tea which was again beautifully presented. The food was reasonably priced and big portions. Will definitely be coming back
