"We were eager to enjoy a meal we ordered from this restaurant, but unfortunately, the person who took our order made a mistake. When we arrived home, we found out that they had only prepared three items instead of meals for a man and two children. When we tried to contact them to resolve the issue, we were told that they were closed for the night and could not assist us. This lack of customer service and apparent lack of interest in serving their customers was disappointing."

"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. "We ordered a delivery. Has we was told it was a good place with lovly food. Wow never again. The order was wrong and food very greasy. My Mixed kabad i ordered. Turned up as two meat balls, soggy chips no spice as requested. It should of had donna meat on but didn't. My partner asked for veg and no cabbage. We got a tub of cabbage no ther salad. I phoned up waiting for my replacement. After 40 minutes still no sign do I phoned again. After seeing what my partner and son had and left most I asked for a refund for mine. In totel one hour later the chap turned up. Food was wrong greasy and bland. 1 star for the part refund."

"I see previous reviews were from 2014! I can honestly say WOW ! what a difference from then to now! The new owner/s have really worked hard, the place looks fabulous, the food is delicious. We just had a fresh crispy salad with a pizza that tasted like the dough had just been made, generous toppings and as its 2020! and we are in lockdown, the staff kindly brought the food out to me and put it in my boot. Thanks guys."

"I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the staff at the Basingstoke store. The individual who claims to be the manager was extremely rude to us and made us wait for over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction and refusing to pay, he continued to yell at us over the phone. He stated that there was no one else to escalate our concerns to besides him. His service and demeanor were unacceptable, and as a result, we will not be patronizing Herbies again. His behavior is tarnishing the reputation of your company."

"Was really fancying a pizza so got a barbeque chicken pizza for dinner which was at a good price. Delivery on the website stated that it would arrive in 45 minutes however the meal arrived over an hour after when it was supposed to arrive. The shop which I had phoned in to ask what was going on and the staff stated that our pizza had left the shop around 30 minutes before it actually arrived. I live only about 5 minutes away from the shop so I don't understand how a pizza that has just left the shop took so much time to arrive at my house. The pizza when it arrived was pretty good but a little cold. I would recommend pizza boy as it has good food and prices however I would highly reccomend not using delivery."

"One of the best places the on the street to order pizza with multiple options. I would highly recommend the pan pizza which is a speciality and is only available in pizza hut and the cookie also hits the right spot. The staff including the manager are a super friendly bunch, always ready to help and a quick chat. Especially Akash who works in the evenings is a joyous guy , makes smacking pizzas and you can rely on him to get the order done right. I would recommend anyone to try this pizza hut joint and you'd definitely like their food and the people who work there."

"I have always frequented this restaurant with only a few minor issues. However, last night we placed an order and I specifically ordered a doner burger meal that was supposed to come with a choice of chips, curly fries, or wedges, and a drink. I chose curly fries. When the food arrived, there were no curly fries. I tried calling multiple times but was met with a constant answering machine. When I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and insinuated that I was lying, despite the fact that I had paid 5.99, which included the curly fries (I will attach a screenshot as proof). After about 10 minutes of arguing, the person said they would send out the fries, but they never arrived. I couldn't get through to them again. I will never patronize this dishonest and rude establishment again. It's time to find a new place to spend our money, as they do not deserve it."

"Do not order food from this establishment. 7.56PM: I ordered food using Dunfermline Eats 9.30PM (1 Hour 30 min later): I called for an update and was advised that food was on its way. 10PM (2 hours later): I phoned for an update and was told the driver delivered it. They asked the driver who described a property with a fence. I explained it was not my property. I was told a new order would be made up and delivered. 10.20PM (2.5 hours later): A delivery driver shows up at my door with no food. He asked me Did a driver deliver here earlier? I explained the situation. He gave some explanation that sometimes there 's miscommunication between drivers. He awkwardly stood at the door saying I don 't know what to do now. Utterly confused what was actually happening, I phoned the restaurant again. At this point the driver had returned claiming that I was the person who accepted the delivery earlier in the night. I could not believe the audacity of the delivery driver to first lie to me at the door that he was not the driver who delivered to the wrong door but to then return to the shop, stating he had delivered to the property. Eventually, I asked for a full refund after effectively being called a liar by the driver. The Brig would NOT refund me but insisted on delivering a new order with a different driver. 10.55PM (THREE HOURS LATER): My order finally arrived. My thoughts on what happened; the driver could not admit that he had delivered to the wrong property because when he appeared at my door he had clearly been driven down with someone else from the establishment which is why he had to awkwardly knock on my door and have a false conversation with me. Interestingly, the food order was never set to On its way like it always does until the second order was despatched. Is it possible that the food order was never actually given to the driver and the mistake rests with the Brig itself? Either way someone working there is being knowingly untruthful. Summary: I received food THREE HOURS after I ordered it (too late to eat and enjoy any food). I was called a liar by the delivery driver used by this Brig takeaway. I will never order from the Brig again nor will I use Dunfermline Eats as customers have less protection. I will be sharing my experience through word of mouth and advising others of my experience and not to avoid this establishment. Shameful."

"we order from here weekly. the same is the week in the week as we like what we order. every single week there is something. last week for example no bbq sauce on the chicken and today at night pizza and garlic bread over boiled and a piece. I always say on my order to make sure that the pizzas are not overcooked (kids will not eat them otherwise). on my last order tonight I asked the bbq sauce to actually come with the meal as it should. it came absolutely incubated, until the point where I could not eat it. looks like they have done the exact opposite for purpose!
