"really friendly service, though somewhat difficult to communicate sometimes, but they're getting our disorders wrong, what was the main thing! pictures is mount waffles really good worth, 2 waffeln worth, 3 choices of gelato, 2 soßen 2 toppings for £7.50 really nice, waffeln are super fresh. wait for them to eat is 10 15 minutes, although it was dead when we were there, the two times that we were dead. the reispudding was beautiful, but a little expensive. overall I love dessert places and that beats kaspa 's only the road on the environment (it is away quieter), food fresh, price / worth and service. they feel that they really care about them, and that's nice."

"I would give this restaurant no stars, if possible, or even negative stars. We placed our order using their app, which did not allow us to make any modifications. Our order arrived after an hour and 20 minutes, despite being told it would only be a one-hour wait. The pizza was flavorless, the burger meal deal did not come with the drink or chips, and the burger itself was described by my boyfriend as tasting like "seasoned cardboard" - horrendously bland. My mom's chicken kebab only had three pieces of chicken in the entire pita. My dad had to go pick up the missing chips himself because the delivery driver was unavailable."

"The food is incredible! I had been to Turkey before, and I can confidently say that this is the best I’ve ever had! The meat is well-marinated, incredibly tender, and juicy. "I have visited samis over 8 years ago. his incredible brot was so unique and excellent kebabs. "We ordered dinner for 4 online. Everyone trying something different. When we arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later they hadn't started making anything. They made it quickly while we ate it and sent us on our way. When we got home and opened it we discovered that every order was wrong and the falafal was too hard to eat. We were too tired and hungry to take everything back so we ate what we could, but it was a lousy ending to a great trip to Scotland"

"like the only time I would visit a kebab shop is after a night out when Im pretty hammered, but I visited this one sober and I can honestly say worst kebab ever, as soon as I got in there I felt unwelcome, the staff seemed unfriendly, I got a burger without salad which I asked for, disgusting mayonnaise and ketchup, cheesy chips which the cheese wasn't at all melted, seriously put no effect into it at all considering I paid like £6! wouldn't visit again and don't advice it"

"We ordered a mixed kebab with garlic sauce and a shish kebab with chilli sauce, along with a side of chips. Garlic sauce contain more herb than garlic and as my pregnant wife is violently sick with most herbs apart from Parsley this was not a great experience, the shish kebab needed a bite compression akin to that of a great white shark in order to actually become remotely edible, I tried to chew a piece but I kept having flash backs of my grandparents telling me I could not leave the table until I had finished my piece of meat and I had to wave the white flag of surrender on this one, as I would still be chewing it whilst in my grave...... tough, raw and without a doubt inedible. I shall not mention the abuse from the man whom seemingly cooked the food( laughing out loud at this cooking malarkey) I know it is a common error but I am certainly not his friend as he suggested. On a plus side the chips were ok, crisp and hot. We complained to just eat( ironically named with the meal we couldn’t eat) and it will take up to 72 hours( farcical) when it takes 30 seconds for them to take your money. Rant over.... in short please give this abusive, unfriendly and kebab shop a wide berth as it is such a great display of just how not to give great customer service. It would seem that the customer is most definitely always wrong as the man whom cooked our food was just simply to busy and the owner apparently wa out delivering the “food”. As I am in Turkey next week I shall enjoy a seriously good kebab and make a point of calling the chef my friend."

"As a previous student of the local University, I have had the pleasure of calling Mega Kebab my third home. However, in this, my second review, I feel the need to impart some home truths. First though, some positives. As I stumbled past the inviting...front façade at 1am one Saturday morning, I entered a short queue. One commendable feature remaining, after the Godfather, Ali's, migration to the exotic reaches of Polsloe, is the service time. I can report times of under 20 seconds, from the moment I slur medium cheesy chips please bossman to walking back out that front façade, smug about the yellow container of goodness I have in my clasp. Or so I think. As the title of this review suggests, a number of staple kebab shop contenders have gone downhill quickly. Chips cold. Cheese covering pitiful. Garlic mayo lathering more conservative than my Grandma's Texan ex-boyfriend. Mega donner meat of old was outstanding. Shards of spicy, chewy, undefinable meat, beefed-up (or horsed-up, who knows) any meal. Now, this staple has been reduced down to what can only be described as fatty bacon bits for rabits. As a health-discerning kebab shop customer, the 70%-30% fat-to-meat ratio was disappointing. Whilst the old Mega staff used to call both me and my mate Tony, despite neither of us holding such an identity, at least there was some sense of a personal touch. With the moving on of staff, has also come the moving on of the friendly, I'll watch your mate throw your chips against the wall and still welcome you back next time type vibe. With this too has gone the level of cuisine I came to live on during my higher education years. Perhaps timely, then, that with the search for a grad job comes the search for a new favourite kebab shop. p.s. anyone got any grad jobs flying around get in touch"

"Upon placing my delivery order over the phone, the food arrived promptly. During the phone order, the representative confirmed our postcode twice, which was accurate. However, the delivery driver's conduct was unpleasant. Despite having lived at the same address for years, he insisted that the postcode given was incorrect and struggled to understand my directions. The driver then proceeded to speak on the phone with the manager or someone else without saying goodbye while driving around for several minutes trying to search for our address. In the past, I have never had any problems with courier services or food delivery. Although the food was quite enjoyable, I am uncertain if I will order from this restaurant again. After reading other reviews, it appears that the owner is disregarding the comments and merely reiterating the benefits of online ordering and savings to all of the customers, which is surprising."
