"we found this place in a Monday evening when most other restaurants were closed. this place was packed. eating is incredible! my pizza was by far the best pizza I've ever eaten. big claim (I had a couple.) that was legendary. service was fast, attentive friendly. they had color sheets for the children, even held a chain that my youngest had lost for us, so that we could gather them the next day. about all, incredible places, from Italians with a fab atmosphere amazing eating. if there was a capacity, this would be a 5 evaluation then I would. I hope they get the opportunity to enjoy this place as well as we."

"not many restaurants were open on Christmas. we found this restaurant on open table and it was a pass of richmond. we loved the cozy atmosphere. it was the perfect intimate Christmas dinner. the owner/host was absolutely delightful. the service and the hospitality were excellent. the food was beautifully presented and was delicious. try the homemade focaccia. it was a great value and 100% delightful."

"I recently dined at this restaurant during the summer and, as usual, had a great time. I would recommend it for a meal with friends as it offers a unique experience. However, it seems that there may have been a change in ownership. While the waitresses were lovely and very accommodating, the food was disappointing. The lasagne had to be sent back because it was cold and the garlic bread lacked flavor. The only positive aspect of the meal was the hardworking waitstaff who clearly deserve recognition for their efforts."

"I recently had my birthday dinner here and I cannot recommend the restaurant enough for any event. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is exciting, cosy and fun! There are two people which really made the experience world class: 1. Sam he made the whole organising process easy and effortless and accommodated for all allergies/GF dietary requirements (for 75 people! . 2. Dino on then night he was The PERFECT host. He was friendly and flexible with the whole night and made sure everyone has their needs met. He made the night incredibly enjoyable and I’m sure without his help, things would not have run as smoothly as they did. Dino was the highlight of the night and will return to see him again!! "Excellent meal, ordered a pizza, chips and German donner. Arrived a few minutes early which was a great. Quality of the food was excellent especially the pizza. Find it really difficult to get a thin crispy base with just the right amount of toppings, this place has it mastered. German donner was great, well cooked and with a great selection of fresh veg and sauce. Will be back, excellent food that is reasonably priced."

"my plate with steak and chips on it was cold, so I asked the waitress to ask the kitchen on a hot plate. I saw the waitress go to the kitchen, but I never saw her again until I had finished my meal except that I left the half of the cold chips. I asked for the bill and to talk to the manager who came and told me that the kitchen was cleaned and the heating was switched off so that they were not in the position to supply a hot plate."

"Mixed vegetable grill was lovely, especially with additional drizzle of her olive oil freshly ground black pepper a favourite of mine my friend Mixed seafood fritto was light crispy with accompanying sauce another favourite of mine my friend Seafood risotto was really well cooked, tomato based sauce with mussels, clams prawns absolutely tasty; rice cooked just right (not too hard not too soft) another favourite of mine my friend; brought another friend to dine who loves risotto (she thoroughly enjoyed it too! Pulcinella pizza is another favourite of mine my friend, which we introduced to my other friend we all love the texture of the pizza dough when baked to crispy edge the combination of toppings is absolutely fabulous! We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal, especially my other friend's 1st time dining here because she happened to be visiting Ealing Broadway area on Fri 02Sep2022 popped round to meet me my friend for dinner."

"We've been regulars at Caminata for over three years now and every time it consistently meets our expectations. As an Italian living in London for the last 13 years, I will say that it's my favourite pizza place and they make a Roman style base that's to die for. Of course there are many other worthwhile pizzeria all over London, but Caminata is my happy place. Do not miss out on the Carbonara pizza, which is the absolute best! Pasta and other main courses are also very delicious and so are the desserts. In a nutshell, you can't go wrong. To accompany this delicious food is very attentive and friendly staff, some of which have been working there for a very long time, helping to build a very family and cosy vibe. I love Caminata come rain or shine and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any Italian food enthusiasts! Grazie ragazzi!!!!! Xxx"

"First time trying this restaurant! It was my mums birthday and asked if there was anything they could do to make it better for her birthday . The owners had banners up, a bow on the chair and a beautiful hand written card for my mum. My mum tends to be nervous with a lot of attention on her, but this was the perfect way for her to be appreciated!! She absolutely loved it. My little siblings were presented with pictures and crayons to keep them occupied which was a lovely touch. The service was absolutely great, the food was fast and lovely. For only 50 for five of us! Will absolutely be coming back. Can’t fault this place."

"We ordered our meals, which are freshly prepared by the owner's wife. After a brief wait, our starter of olives and bread arrived, and the portion size was excellent. Our main courses were incredibly well-prepared, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. For dessert, I indulged in the homemade baklava, which was outstanding. To top off the experience, the owner treated us to a complimentary shot of limoncello. The entire dining experience was tremendous, so much so that we decided to return the very next night. On our second visit, the owner's daughter was serving, and she was just as welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend Oliveta for anyone looking for a wonderful meal!"

"nice eating, but really terrible service. the chief was friendly, but we were getting away from another man who was just sitting on our table and going away. we sat upstairs and the restaurant was very quiet. the waitress came by about 15 minutes later and her English was pretty bad, so special questions about orders were very difficult. the waitresses seemed too busy to increase their bar area, and it was difficult to get their attention to get the bill and it was still 10 minutes before they brought the card machine. we felt like an inconvenience and not very welcomed. the food and the wine was nice, but the total experience was pampered by the service. we came back here, as we were here two years ago, but I don't think we'll come back!"

The pizzas are incredibly authentic, absolutely delicious, and offer fantastic value. What truly sets this place apart from the competition, aside from the amazing food, are the wonderful employees. Klaudia is exceptionally friendly and always greets us with a warm smile. She has a special connection with our 10-year-old daughter, making her feel extra special. They even create beautiful treats like heart-shaped pizzas for birthdays and serve refreshing limoncello. Alban, when he’s not busy cooking those amazing pizzas, is also very welcoming and always makes us feel appreciated. We can't recommend this place enough; it's perfect for regular family visits. "I love this restaurant, haven't been for a while, came for tea Love the new decor The meal itself was a bit of a let down , my favourites have gone off the menu. We ordered a starter to share it was fantastic 10/10 I ordered a chicken and mushroom dish as a main it was served luke warm so I asked if they could heat it up for me which the server did, I like mushrooms but I didn't like getting a mouthful of grit with every mouthful, was very disappointed) as we have eaten here many times and never had a disappointing meal before Next time I visit Bishop Stortford I will return but just not order that dish Staff were great as always"

Despite the fact that we stayed up for traffic late and less than an hour before the beginning of our show, we were made to an incredible greeting and were immediately delicious eating and wein fed.
