"Wow, what a little gem of a place! Visiting Cheltenham for the first time, after exploring the town, feeling a bit peckish, sort of stumbled into Vegetus. Not exactly on the high street, but a few minutes walk off the main drag. Cosy, and welcoming, quite busy on Saturday lunchtime, we hadn't pre booked, so we sat outside in the sunshine for a few minutes while our table was prepared. The vibe is decidedly middle eastern, with the jolliest of hosts. His infectious good humour permeates the place. Spotlessly clean and well organised, we ordered a tagine and a mousaka, with the Beirut cooler for a non alcoholic drink. Both generous servings were delivered after a few minutes, piping hot and delicious. For dessert we had warm baklava with ice cream and a totally yummy (egg free) chocolate cake. The desert was so good, we split it, boxed it and took a slice home for our daughter! I cannot recommend this place enough, we now have a good reason to go back to Cheltenham. Try it, you will love it."

"I came here on a midweek evening with a friend. It wasn 't particularly busy 3 tables max were occupied. Food I had the special a meat and pasta dish which was unfortunately swimming in its own grease, but it was passable. A late middle aged man was serving, who was helpful and friendly, but was obviously rushed off his feet he may even have been doing the cooking and serving at the same time. A late middle aged woman, who turned out to be the owner, was sat outside with her dog and a friend. Towards the end of our meal, she moved inside. She later turned her hand to waitressing, but this was evidently not her forte. When we 'd finished, our polite request to split the bill seemed to create a massive drama for her, I 'VE PUT IT [THE SUM] INTO THE [CARD] MACHINE NOW , she snapped. After her meltdown, she handed the job to her (presumably) employee, to whom she spoke like he was a dog. I really felt for him. She proceeded to slag us off to her friend, even though we were sat only about 3 metres away from them, in the same (quiet) room. Either she is a bitter individual, or was just having a bad day and took it out on us. Regardless, she had a mare and I would not recommend the place. No problem with the no doubt long suffering guy though."

"Lovely staff, we were well looked after. Amazing food, Tigelle were amazing, the meat platter as well which included a superb Parma Ham, felino salami and mortadella. We were really impressed of the atmosphere, we asked for a specific table and they provided us one. I really recommend and I look forward to coming again."

"We were seated by a friendly waitress who took our drink and starter order. She spoke about Italy as she was from Sicily. However, she left halfway through our meal and we were forgotten about. After realizing we had not been served our main courses after 30 minutes, we flagged down a waiter who was unapologetic. Our main courses arrived 10 minutes later, indicating they were not put through properly. We sat with empty drinks and no server checked on us. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which seemed cheeky given the lack of service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning anytime soon."

"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. My girlfriend booked for my birthday. We‘re both vegan and everything we had was delicious- esp the lasagne! They even have vegan Parmesan!! Not only this but the wines were labelled vg too. We went midweek and although we were running late and had to push the table back, we never felt rushed. Really enjoyable experience and relaxed atmosphere. To top it all off, they brought out a sorbet at the end of our meal and had wrote happy birthday in a fruity sauce. Highly recommend this restaurant Thank you so much."

"I think this is one of the best kept foodie secrets of london. I have learned about this place from a chat in hyde park with a local. my wife and I have decided to go as much as the person in the park spoke of it. young was right, eating is excellent and is extremely reasonable. tonight we returned and had two pizzas, a supplement of sweet and a glass of wine for 25 pounds. I really feel that they are pushed hard to find anywhere that can fit this place for its authenticity. please visit it so worth it"

"I have a gluten intolerance and needed to use the QR code to access the menu there was no service on my phone or on anyone else’s phone on the table. My son asked for the WiFi code which didn’t work one of the waiters rudely said to him use your own Data. Still I can’t access the menu another waiter was v nice gave me his phone to use but now all I was faced with was a list of allergens where it seems almost everything on the menu contains gluten. No indication of what was available to me until I had to ask another waiter what I could actually eat… It was unnecessarily complicated. A simple GF menu with what I could eat ie you had GF pasta Pizza bases… just a thought as you were so busy I kept on having to ask, the QR code is rubbish if customers have trouble with the WiFi in your restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their food the desert happy birthday song for my son’s birthday was nice."

"I would like to clarify straight off the bat that the five star review is for the chip shop portion of the shop only. There’s a lot of chat online about how this place does the best pizzas in Edinburgh. Well that’s up for debate. Granted, the pizzas are better than your standard chip shop pizza but I would be hesitant to claim these are the best pizzas in Edinburgh. I would have no problem however, claiming that this is one of the best places for fish and chips in Edinburgh. I would serve these chips at my wedding. Exactly what you’re looking for when you’re looking for a typical chippy and none of this posh chips hipster nonsense. Their battered sausage is nothing short of perfection. I’m vegetarian but I had to make an exception for the battered sausag- ok I’m not really but you get the point. The battered haddock is also superb. One of my top 3 chippies in Edinburgh."

"Recently went to Fabio’s for our work Christmas lunch. There was over 30 of us with majority having 3 courses. Staff went above and beyond, all food was served hot with no error on orders etc. Everything was delicious! They also provided us with a private space for our team meeting too! Every staff member thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. We’re hoping they’ll have us back next year. 10/10 would recommend. "I am to complain how poor the service we received when visited the coffee shop yesterday on 16/10/2022 at 3 something served by a blonde hair woman! Her customer service was out of the world BAD. We thought we owed her a million pounds for a sec. She was really unfriendly, super impatient and ignorant the whole time since we started placing order. Never looked at us once. We were greatly disappointed at the bad service and was certainly a bad first experience. I normally do not want to cause other’s issues but this time I couldn’t take it, her attitude was so bad that I don’t think anyone should tolerate that. It also ruined our day by seeing her face with that attitude. Quit the job if not happy, who does she think she is to treat people like that"

"We went to this restaurant for lunch to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Our lovely waitress gave us a complimentary glass of fizz to start off the meal. We decided to share a platter for our starter, which was fantastic. For our main courses, my wife ordered the ragù and absolutely loved it, while I tried the special pizza which was one of the best pizzas I've ever had, even after visiting Sorrento the week before. My wife's dessert came with a candle and a chorus of "happy birthday", which was a special touch. We also enjoyed a very good espresso to finish off the meal. Overall, it was a brilliant birthday lunch. The Montepulchiano d'Abruzzo wine we had with our meal was also excellent."

"we found this place in a Monday evening when most other restaurants were closed. this place was packed. eating is incredible! my pizza was by far the best pizza I've ever eaten. big claim (I had a couple.) that was legendary. service was fast, attentive friendly. they had color sheets for the children, even held a chain that my youngest had lost for us, so that we could gather them the next day. about all, incredible places, from Italians with a fab atmosphere amazing eating. if there was a capacity, this would be a 5 evaluation then I would. I hope they get the opportunity to enjoy this place as well as we."
