"I went to this restaurant for lunch today and had a great experience. The service was good and the lunch menu was impressive. I couldn't finish all of my Capriola, it was so delicious."

"Brought my young teens as Italian is always a good choice. Very rustic inside. Food came quickly and was really tasty. Pizza base was excellent. Only disappointment was that they didn’t do ice creams which the children wanted, so didn’t stay for dessert. Reasonably priced..."

"It's been years since I've visited Worcester, after a days work, I really needed a food and drink break, there's plenty of other places I could have gone, but I've used Coffee Warehouse times before an always got great food and service here,...so it was a no brainer, food is cooked fresh as you order it, and the coffee, like the food is full of flavour, service is second to non, I'll be going back next week"

"Completely dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Full English Breakfast with tea, and they arrived together as requested. However, the tea was served in a small espresso cup on a saucer, and I had to ask for milk as it came in a milk jar with a lid. The breakfast itself was as advertised, but the plate it was served on was cold, causing the food to quickly cool down. The eggs were undercooked, and the plate was too small for the serving, resulting in the toasted bread falling off. The atmosphere was good, and the initial waitress was adequate, but no one checked in to see if everything was satisfactory. If they had, I would have expressed my dissatisfaction then and there."

"The other day, I went out for a meal with family for my sister's birthday. Our destination of choice was Mamma Mia which I had not been to before. I approached the pretty facade with a mixture of anticipation and dread, wondering what my extremely hard to please parents were going to make of it all. We entered the small restaurant and were immediately pleased that we had booked a table as the place was packed. Despite the large number of people, we were served promptly and in a polite and helpful manner. We ordered from a large selection of pizza, pasta and salads (including a gluten-free pasta option) and waited, watching the chefs as they made the pizzas from scratch. The food arrived quickly and tasted authentically Italian bellissimo! And, as for my parents...they were raving about the delights of Mamma Mia for weeks."

"A colleague of mine booked a table for 25 as part of a works night out. It was also my leaving do from Nationwide Building Society. I was the first to arrive and received a warm welcome. I was shown upstairs to where the table had been prepared, it looked amazing. There was a seating area where I could wait for my colleagues and a bar to order drinks. The meals had all been pre ordered and came out as soon as everyone had arrived. The waiters and waitresses were attentive and checked the food was to our satisfaction as well as making sure we had ample drinks. I ordered Pennette Mediterranea which was a vegetarian pasta dish and it was delicious. At the end of the meal we all paid individually which was also a great service. Lovely experience all round, thank you."

"I booked a table for (arrived at and was not seated until My girlfriend and I ended up standing in the middle of the restaurant waiting, which was pretty disappointing. The place was packed with tables right next to each other, there...was no form of social distancing. I understand this is a difficult time for restaurants and hospitality, but health and safety should take precedence. I thought the food was tremendous and I have no issue with that, I was just very disappointed with the service. I like this restaurant and the interior was beautifully decorated but I hope the restaurant improves its service and complies with COVID guidelines. In future NOT ALL tables should be full, they should be distanced. Perhaps if customer’s tables are not ready, you should offer them a drink or acknowledge the fact that they are standing in the middle of the restaurant waiting. I have worked in hospitality for years and customer service is incredibly important, I hope that the owners make a note of this and make the necessary changes, as I would love to see Olive Garden succeed."

"I came to this restaurant for lunch with a friend and was very impressed by the high quality of the food presentation. The dishes were fresh and full of flavor. The burrata mozzarella melted in my mouth and the bread was simply delicious. However, the prices were on the higher side. The service was attentive and efficient, and the ambiance was simple. The air conditioning was too cold on a hot summer day, so I had to put my jacket back on when we sat down to eat."

"I'm sure you all know that I love Italian cuisine, but I actually didn't have any Italian restaurants near where I live, now that I'm south of the river. a week or so, I was kindly invited to try eco in clapham with ceri – I had some paintings past and it had always looked really cozy and inviting, with a large orange pizza oven in the oven."

"Visited here before moving off to see a pantomine, we had soup which was really good, had a steak which was a little rarer than we had asked for, but my daughter didn't want to make a fuss, I'm sure had we asked they would have cooked it more, although when asking for well done you wouldn't really want it with blood in it when you cut it, my only other issue is when they served fries they automatically supply a pot of mixed plain and sweet potato fries, not good if you hate sweet potato chips, but knowing that now will make me ask for just plain chips only when we visit again!!!! Service was good, catered well for the kids, supplied crayons to allow them to colour in the menus. Didn't have deserts as the starter and main meals were well enough, it was quiet when we went, but hopefully the service will be as good when busier.."

"Having to pay a weekly winter visit to Kilmacolm, this restaurant just gets better since reopening a couple of years ago, with among the best pizzas and tiramisu I have tasted despite many visits to Italy. The staff are most attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere congenial with families of all ages enjoying themselves. Kilmacolm is indeed fortunate to have such a quality restaurant with such extensive opening hours. It was a bleak place in which to spend an evening before Pieris reopened."

"These are the kindest people in cafes that I know, all Algerian(which is great) and all staff are fluent in French, Algerian Arabic and English. Amazing! Good for polyglots! The coffee is good and at a reasonable price, the cakes, panini, crepes and ice creams are all delicious! Always served with a smile! Good Covid 19 measures too.You can easily chat away with friends inside or sit near the open doors and watch the world go by! Sometimes you can stay awhile and work there. The guys never mind.I’ve gone there for years and it gets better all the time! Merci miles fois mes Amis! Maggie"

"First visit I thought I had booked another restaurant that I had been to years ago so was a bit shocked when I arrived and a bit apprehensive. Well we were delighted with our new find. I had asked about parking as I know the area is mainly permits, they provided a permit and told us were we could park. We brought a birthday cake which they kindly placed in the fridge. The actual restaurant is compact but it was busy on a Wednesday night people sitting both inside and outside and it had a real little vibe about it, buzzing you thought you were maybe in New York definitely not in Colindale. Menu is Antipasti, Pasta Pizza so for a couple of our older guests we were a bit worried that may not find something to suit their not so adventurous pallets but after a good view of the menu we were able to meet their needs and Spaccanapoli even rejigged a dish to suit their needs. The food was fab, fresh, flavoursome, authentic and plenty of it so much so we brought some home. We had a couple of cocktails, beers wine and we all had starters, mains and a couple of desserts and it worked out approx £30 per head so very reasonable. We shall definitely be revising again Thank you Spaccanapoli for a wonderful evening"

"This pizza is authentic and incredibly well-made. The menu offers a great variety and the staff are wonderful. It was actually recommended to me by an Italian friend who has tried many pizzerias in and around London. This is his favorite, so that really says something! It's probably the best pizza this side of Naples. Give it a try and see if you disagree with me."

"Wow, what a little gem of a place! Visiting Cheltenham for the first time, after exploring the town, feeling a bit peckish, sort of stumbled into Vegetus. Not exactly on the high street, but a few minutes walk off the main drag. Cosy, and welcoming, quite busy on Saturday lunchtime, we hadn't pre booked, so we sat outside in the sunshine for a few minutes while our table was prepared. The vibe is decidedly middle eastern, with the jolliest of hosts. His infectious good humour permeates the place. Spotlessly clean and well organised, we ordered a tagine and a mousaka, with the Beirut cooler for a non alcoholic drink. Both generous servings were delivered after a few minutes, piping hot and delicious. For dessert we had warm baklava with ice cream and a totally yummy (egg free) chocolate cake. The desert was so good, we split it, boxed it and took a slice home for our daughter! I cannot recommend this place enough, we now have a good reason to go back to Cheltenham. Try it, you will love it."

"I came here on a midweek evening with a friend. It wasn 't particularly busy 3 tables max were occupied. Food I had the special a meat and pasta dish which was unfortunately swimming in its own grease, but it was passable. A late middle aged man was serving, who was helpful and friendly, but was obviously rushed off his feet he may even have been doing the cooking and serving at the same time. A late middle aged woman, who turned out to be the owner, was sat outside with her dog and a friend. Towards the end of our meal, she moved inside. She later turned her hand to waitressing, but this was evidently not her forte. When we 'd finished, our polite request to split the bill seemed to create a massive drama for her, I 'VE PUT IT [THE SUM] INTO THE [CARD] MACHINE NOW , she snapped. After her meltdown, she handed the job to her (presumably) employee, to whom she spoke like he was a dog. I really felt for him. She proceeded to slag us off to her friend, even though we were sat only about 3 metres away from them, in the same (quiet) room. Either she is a bitter individual, or was just having a bad day and took it out on us. Regardless, she had a mare and I would not recommend the place. No problem with the no doubt long suffering guy though."
