Was a lovely restaurant food was delist. Not much to choose from on the menu though would like to have more options

The dining experience was absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for families.

eating was excellent, service great, worth money compared to other restaurants nearby. that was my second visit to the restaurant will eat again definitiw. only disappointment was the restaurant cold, but this soon became by the workers who heated up.

I have been to this little gem of a restaurant several times and the service is always good and the quality of the food has been outstanding every time. The restaurant frequently updates the menu, so there is always something new and exciting to try. I can warmly recommend the restaurant and I will certainly be back there many more times.

My partner and myself were not acknowledged for a number of minutes despite numerous members of staff standing behind the bar. (Having worked in restaurants myself, a minute is a long enough for a customer to wait) Therefor we walked out and went some where else. The restaurant was not overly busy and would of taken a split second to be acknowledged and for some one to say 'I 'll be with you in a moment ' instead we were completely ignored. My daughter and I had lunch at United Kitchen, and we really enjoyed our meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented in a way that delighted the senses. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we appreciated the low-key conversations happening among the guests—some with children, others with dogs, as it is a dog-friendly restaurant with a designated area for pets. I’m not happy with my experience at this restaurant. It seemed to be a dog-friendly establishment, which my family does not appreciate, as we don’t allow animals at the table while we eat. In hindsight, we should have just left. We had a reservation for 6:45 PM, but our food didn’t arrive until an hour later. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect; an adult meal was served instead of the children’s meal. My 3-year-old grandson ended up falling asleep while waiting for his food. We had to pay for a meal that could not be eaten. Saturday night service was quite disappointing. When I asked for the bill, I waited so long that I eventually had to go to the cash register to pay. Visited here before moving off to see a pantomine, we had soup which was really good, had a steak which was a little rarer than we had asked for, but my daughter didn't want to make a fuss, I'm sure had we asked they would have cooked it more, although when asking for well done you wouldn't really want it with blood in it when you cut it, my only other issue is when they served fries they automatically supply a pot of mixed plain and sweet potato fries, not good if you hate sweet potato chips, but knowing that now will make me ask for just plain chips only when we visit again!!!!
