"Upon arrival, we found ample parking and a beautifully set table by the window with stunning views. Starters were served promptly, with high praise for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The mains, including the Three Lakes Burger, were delicious and satisfying. The vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free members of our group were equally impressed with their meals. Desserts were a delightful end to the meal, with the option to take leftovers home in provided doggy boxes. The attentive staff checked in throughout the meal, offering great service and a friendly atmosphere. Afterward, we enjoyed drinks on the outdoor veranda, soaking in the lovely weather and views. Overall, our 4 1/2-hour meal was relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service from Alex, Kerry, Jemma, and Charly. Many in our party, who had not been to the restaurant before, were pleasantly surprised by the hidden gem. Everyone agreed to return for future visits. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and polite, making my son's birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you to all at The Three Lakes for a fantastic experience."

"we came here because of a henne do (not the screaming art before a few weeks and they could not have been honestly accommodating and beautiful anymore. some of our guests were almost an hour too late for car problems, but the staff was so friendly and nice about, never feel us in the wise or that they frustrated. communication was also excellent. eating was absolutely incredible, best fajitas I ever had (and I had a lot and all of us really enjoyed our meals, for all taste and requirements very good. "We popped here after work to grab a quick bite. The burger looked good so we went with that. The beef came out a bit overcooked and the chips were undercooked. We constantly saw the waitresses bring food out then take it back to the kitchen again which puts me on the back foot for their ability to customise your food. Hard to recommend, but on the plus side they do accept the tastecard"

"Very average maybe even below average by today’s standards. We were sat in the restaurant area and asked if we could move into the “pub area” but sadly the tables were all reserved (I’m sure they could have moved us around). The restaurant area had...no vibe to it, the lighting is bad and didn’t have the atmosphere like in the pub area. The lager on tap was Coors light, which I have never seen at a pub, doesn’t even taste like beer in my opinion, so we went for a Cornish lager which was ok. I had a burger and my partner had tuna steak, all I can say is the meal was very very bland with no taste at all. The waiter came over after we started to check on the meal, we said not great at all, he didn’t really know what to say and walked off and said “enjoy your meal” well we just said we aren’t so…… The tuna steak was a good size, but sadly it was cold in the middle and didn’t have any seasoning on it. This was the same with the triple cooked chips, there was no salt on it at all, the chips were soggy with no crunch to them. Then onto the burger, again so bland and no seasoning, I wouldn’t tell the difference between the burger and the chips (chips again with no salt). We finished the meal and the waiter came over, he asked again how was the meal, we said it’s not good. He then offered to take the tip off the bill which is quite embarrassing for us, they shouldn’t have to take the tip off the bill as the service wasn’t bad, it’s the food that was bad. I booked the table online and it asked for any special requests, it was my partners birthday so I said if they could sing happy birthday that would great, but they didn’t do anything. We finished our food as quickly as possible and moved into the bar area for a drink, this was nice and had a great vibe to it. Over all we were VERY disappointed, we would have spoke to the manager but we thought it wouldn’t get anywhere. We thought we would write a review, so the restaurant can take this as some constructive criticism. We certainly won’t come back if nothing changes, which is a shame as it’s a nice pub."

"Pleasantly surprised! (if you can 't be bothered reading it all please read the end bit about service) Went for our Meerkat Meals 2 for 1 this evening, had the pork salad, fish and chips, bubble and squeak cakes, sweet potato croquettes, side veg and some of the sausages in the 'while you wait ' section of the menu. All that, with very generous portion sizes and only the mains actually on 2 for 1 (Meerkat Meals only covers starters and mains) AND 2 medium glasses of red for £35 is incredible value. I didn 't expect amazing kind of flavour for that price but actually, all was jolly tasty. I would suggest some lime juice and chilli in the pork salad dressing to liven it up a bit as it 's a bit sweet but was perfect for my partner. The best bit however was the service. It 's a sad state of affairs dining in the UK at present where I have grown not to expect a high standard of service outside of a table cloth and silverware setting. However, every member of staff at Joe 's gave a breath of fresh air with their upbeat, caring and attentive approach. Just enough to feel checked in on, with a little bit extra that didn 't encroach on our dining experience. Very good job and thank you to the team, we 'll no doubt be coming back."

"Visited here before moving off to see a pantomine, we had soup which was really good, had a steak which was a little rarer than we had asked for, but my daughter didn't want to make a fuss, I'm sure had we asked they would have cooked it more, although when asking for well done you wouldn't really want it with blood in it when you cut it, my only other issue is when they served fries they automatically supply a pot of mixed plain and sweet potato fries, not good if you hate sweet potato chips, but knowing that now will make me ask for just plain chips only when we visit again!!!! Service was good, catered well for the kids, supplied crayons to allow them to colour in the menus. Didn't have deserts as the starter and main meals were well enough, it was quiet when we went, but hopefully the service will be as good when busier.."

"I made a reservation at this restaurant for Father's Day and I am so happy that I did. It was easy to find parking outside, the decor was lovely, and we were seated at a nice table by the window. Our waitress, Beth, was outstanding. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful time at Joe's Kitchen. The food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was cozy and beautifully decorated. Beth was so friendly and engaged in conversations and laughter with our table. She is exceptional at her job and we all had a fantastic celebratory meal thanks to Beth and the rest of the team. I would definitely come back to this restaurant and recommend it to my colleagues, family, and friends."

"I was hesitant at first about dining at a restaurant with the word "farm" in its name, but since there are limited options for vegan breakfast in Harrogate, I decided to give it a chance. The café was charming and cozy, and the food was outstanding. "The restaurant is extremely expensive considering the quality of the food and service. There are not enough staff members, and those who are working seem to be overwhelmed. The service is slow, the cocktails are inconsistent, and the atmosphere is loud. "Early Thursday evening arriving in Aberdeen beach at around 1900. Burger king looked like a good place. WOW were we so wrong. Whopper and a plain cheese burger no coffee or tea, just juice or milk shake. The Whopper was cold and lifeless. The plain...cheese burger had everything on it and this had died about a week ago. It was dry and cold. Should have guessed it would be bad as only about 8 other people were in it and only 4 sitting in."

"what a sound! To see in this place chopped to see whether it is necessary to book a meal in the evening. we were greeted by a charming young woman who was polite, friendly and helpful. we were informed that a booking was advisable, although she didn't think it was busy. the place was spotlessly clean with a casual but intelligent atmosphere.Having exhausted our own arrival we arrived 4 hours early. again another pleasant greeting, this time from an equally charming man, who could not have been more helpful. I am pretty wary of amide afternoon places for a meal, because it is more quiet often the chef on a divided layer and someone else is "fills-in". not so here. the two menus “tasty-choice” and blackboard specialties were well explained and the order was taken over. the starter of fried brie, served with summer boobs was nicely cooked, not greasy and tasty. As demanded our sampi and a medium/brown filet steak came delicious in its taste simpleness. my man, well traveled and fed thought that steak was one of the most unforgettable he had ever eaten. both dishes were accompanied by particularly beautiful riders handmade on the grounds.Throughout, we were checked for without bing pestered to ensure that we were happy. boil and service were the “climbing menu” in the four-star hotel where we lived, far superior.High efficiency recommended for the quality of live products. "Had an excellent meal and drinks with the girls here last weekend! The ambience and decor are stunning; dimly lit and beautiful styled. The menu is varied enough that there is something for everyone and includes lots of luxury hearty favourites. Our meals were incredible and so were the cocktails we ordered. Every member of staff we came across were lovely, enthusiastic and friendly. My ONLY flaw (and it was a little one) was that, where we were seated, the tables did seem quite close together. This wouldnt put me off though as everything else was great and we will definitely be back!"

"Booked a table for lunch but arrived a little early which was no problem at all. We were shown to our reserved table where we ordered a lovely cooked full English breakfast. "We booked this restaurant through open table and was disappointed overall. The menu was not the same menu as shown through open table, it was extremely limited. However our party settled on the panko coated aubergine salad, the Cajun burger and the banyan currizza. The salad was enjoyable, the burgers Cajun coating was soggy and the currizza, which came with one of the curries of the day on top of a naan bread and melted mozzarella was cold. We notified one of two members of staff at front of house and this was dealt with straight away and very professionally. The rest of the party had finished eating by the time my dish was returned but it was kindly removed from the bill at the end. For this I would probably return, although it's more of a brunch time place, don't be swayed by the online menu."

"This is the ultimate in cool dining. A simple menu prepared to perfection with hip hop classics as a musical back-drop. The staff are friendly and happy to cater to your culinary requirements, with excellent cocktails to boot. The decor is a little rough around the edges, but that’s actually to its credit. Chip Shop’s doors have been blessed by the likes of Chuck D, Cypress Hill and Krs-1, which should give you an idea of the ‘realness’ of the whole experience. Go for a chilled lunch during the day, or get ready to bounce and nyam in the evening. Cannot rate it highly enough."

"Food was extremely slow to arrive, although it is a tapas style restaurant we were not warned the food would arrive as and when it was ready so as a group of 4 we ended up with very mismatched meal and eating times. The padron peppers were raw and cold when they finally arrived and the steak arrived cold after over an hour wait and asking staff multiple times why it was taking so long. Staff were helpful in resolving the issues but overall a disappointing experience. In addition to this, despite booking we were on an extremely small table for a party of 4. Given the fact the dishes were not served together, this was not an issue, but if our food had arrived timely this would have been a problem. The table was for drinks, not an evening meal. Would definitely not recommend going on a Friday/Saturday night, the kitchen/staff clearly can not cope with the demand."
