"Good overall though not sure the score will reflect. Food was good, well seasoned and portioned service was good but got slower as the meal day worn on (we were perhaps the last of the lunch time eaters) two adult main meals, two kids meals, 3 soft drinks and 1 large glass of wine, 2 deserts and 2 coffees. I’d expect to pay around 60 maybe 70. Bill including service came to nearer 90 needless to say that’s quite a lot for a small family outing at least more than I’d anticipated. Ah well for around the 50/60 mark they get a repeat customer, a little too expensive for what it was, nice but pricey."

We would recommend if not a special occasion. It was our anniversary lunch and the place was rather shabby re decor and the food was average for the price.

Unfortunately, we were not impressed. Very loud. We demanded a table in a quiet area through the windows and were told they were not available. One of the other tables was empty when we were gone. My fish was soft muddy and not very pleasant. The engraving on the roast beef was thick and looked unpleasant. We were not asked if we wanted to make beef rare or good. It was very well done. The tables were too close together, although ours were not too bad. No good beer at break. Overall very disappointing.
