"I recently discovered this restaurant while searching for a new place to take my mum for lunch. We enjoyed sitting in the comfortable lounge while waiting for our table, and the friendly and helpful staff, along with the owner, made us feel welcome. The table was clean and set with linen napkins. The food was exceptional, with freshly baked bread served hot to the table and each dish, whether a starter, main, or dessert, was well presented and delicious. The onion soup was the best I have ever had, and the Sunday roast beef was cooked perfectly to my liking. If you prefer your meat well done, it's best to double-check how it is prepared beforehand. The only downside was that our table was a bit cramped, but once seated, it was fine. Overall, we found the restaurant to be great value for money and will definitely be returning to try more of the tasty options on the menu."
