"The worst dining experience of my life. Due to bad weather we were seated in the bar downstairs, which we completely understood. We waited over 45mins for a drink. Then the food we ordered was very cold, when we complained to the manager he took the food to the kitchen and simply reheated it, didn’t prepare a fresh batch! I’m very sure for hygiene reasons that’s not allowed right? Anyway, it was a horrible birthday experience and had to find somewhere else to eat dinner. Such a disappointing experience"
