"I visited this restaurant for the first time and didn't enjoy the experience at all. Despite having made a reservation, the entrance was crowded. We couldn't sit where we preferred, even though there were empty tables. The service was incredibly slow; it took hours for our food to arrive, and we had to repeatedly ask for updates. When the bill finally came, it was equally disappointing. The space was not clean, with sticky tables and overflowing ashtrays. The noise level from both the music and other patrons was excessive, making it hard to enjoy the meal. To top it off, my cocktail tasted like pureed fruit, and the prosecco was served in a plastic cup. I definitely will not be returning and cannot recommend this place."
