"Visited here for afternoon tea with my work. The service was terrible, you had to chase the staff for service because after they gave us the meal they were no where to be seen and when we did get hold of them they took a ridiculous amount of time to get back to you that tea was cold. The food was not pleasant. Burnt scones, stale bread, cheesecake that can only be described as mush. When we complained the manager said we would need to complain to head office but never gave us correct info, he said he would deal with in straight away but it took days for someone to get back to us. Their reply was our staff would've been free to help if we asked even though it was stated staff were not available or if they were the time scale was ridiculous. Other people in the party also sent a email complain and never received a reply and the table behind us also complained on the day. We were apprehensive about going back here after the Christmas party wasn't very good either but thought we would give it the benefit of doubt. That was a mistake on my behalf. Wouldn't recommend!"

"Was struggling to find somewhere for a Sunday lunch before heading home from our weekend on the Isle of Wight. With 7 of us it was a challenge. Found this option and website wasn't overly inspiring. In reality the outlook of the marina was superb. The food was tasty and good portions but the most noticeable thing was the level of service. Not only that but the genuine smiles and helpfulness of the staff was first class. Great outside play area for the kids. Struggling to think what it lacks!"

"I ordered the char-grilled lamb at the restaurant and found it to be extremely salty. The excessive saltiness could be harmful to one's health, so they should consider reducing the amount of salt used in their dishes. Additionally, the price was quite high, almost comparable to that of a paesano. It seems like the restaurant may be targeting drunk customers leaving the pub who may not pay much attention to the prices. However, as someone who had just completed a long and healthy cycle, I found the dish to be disappointing."

"I and my child went to the big moes dinner because we went to the liverpool Vs-Mann-Stadtspiel. I didn't have much, but I had a milkshake (what wa devine) and two bee in two jars that I really appreciate. my child had a burger and chips he said he was the best he ever had. I appreciate the friendly and friendly service. I would like to say a great thank you to the great moes team wembley. I look forward to coming back."

"Had my birthday meal here last night there was 9 of us, the food was outstanding, so fresh and tasty not 1 complaint from anyone, lots of empty plates from starters to main courses, food has been brilliant anytime we have came here, had a lovely strawberry daiquiri which I loved, only 1 issue and that was the length of time we had to wait on food coming and drinks, only 2 lovely boys working the floor/bar and we did have to wait a considerable amount of time for drinks, and quite some time from the kitchen from the time we had starter till main course, cannot fault the staff at all as they were doing their best but maybe a little more staff in as there was a good few tables full for meals. Still 5 tho as everything was lovely and yes the embarrassing bringing out of the birthday cake and singing to me as well happened. Xxx"

"Went here for a meal for my daughter's 21st birthday, they were very accommodating and managed to seat our party of 9 at 2 tables next to each other (rule of 6 still applied) The staff were very friendly and helpful with our dietary requirements (1 Gluten-free and 1 Lactose intolerant) and even made my youngest daughter some dairy-free garlic bread! She was very impressed. They have a good range of vegan/dairy free and gluten-free options. Only complaint is that they ran out of gluten-free beer (I had 3) All in all a very pleasant experience."

"Always visit this place because we love the food. However, this time we were sat down by a waitress who asked for our drinks and another couple were sat next to us about 5-10 minutes after we ordered drinks. Then to our surprise the other couples drinks get brought over to them by the waitress who then dissapears and we can see both of our drinks sat on the bar which we ordered before and didn’t get them for 10-15 minutes only for a different waiter to bring them over. After this issue we had been waiting a while now to order food and the waitress then comes and takes the order of the couple who arrived after us and walks off, then 5-10 minutes later the waitress comes and takes our food order with no apology or acknowledgement. Then as you can guess the couple who arrived a while after us then get their food before us and being hungry and having to wait all that time we weren’t happy. The food though was great, apart from the pulled pork which has changed which is disappointing. It used to be amazing but now tastes like it’s from a packet. Overall it’s still a great place but needs to be more consistent."

"Breakfast has varied and delicious options. We had dinner in the pub. Always busy, loud, happy with several televisions on to watch sports. We ordered the soup of the day which was yellow pea. Comforting for the cold of the day but it could have been more tasty. The Balmoral burger is very delicious, filling. The little Haddock was a nice fried hake fillet with a big portion of peas and chips. For dessert we ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding with ice cream: delicious. Excellent and friendly attention."

"we went to my birthday lunch, my sisters, and I went all to order their amazing plate of tweeper rings, bbq wing, grilled mushrooms with cheese, garlic brot. ok it's a lot! then the steaks with beautiful kartoffels with garlic layers with cheese upstairs I had thought this mac and cheese) and a mushroom sauce! the drinks were ok would not say amazing except the skyberry soda was nice would not go for the earthy or mango. in serious had no room for dessert, that was disappointing as it all saw amazing! then the service was good/very clean and spacious. was my first time that it would be happy to go back with my girls."
