"After a good lunch, as we have had several times before at this restaurant, it took about 20 minutes to bring us the bill. I had mentioned when booking, as you recommend, that we wished to use a Dining Cheque in part payment. After a further 5 minutes, we were told that they would not accept the Dining Cheque. We should have been informed either by email, or upon arrival that this was the restaurant’s position. We feel that you should bring this lack of communication to the management’s attention, to ensure that other guests are not embarrassed in future. We look forward to hearing your comments, as there is not much point to your reward points, if we find it difficult to use the reward."
