"I will never forget the warmth and special attention given to us by Ivonio. He made sure all our needs were taken care of and went above and beyond to give us suggestions specific to our preferences. Really great staff. We even got to personally thank Chef Raj Rana and immediately felt at home because of his openness and his sweet demeanour. We had the prawn Malabar curry, paneer kadai and dal tadka. All three had such depth of flavour, it left us so content and fulfilled by the end of our meal. The mango cheesecake and pistachio dark chocolate mouse sealed the deal. Smoked salmon crostini is a must try. Special shout out to Ivonio and Chef Raj Rana. We will surely be coming back."

"If you're going to listen to decent music on a Saturday afternoon then this is a good place to pass the time away. However, the customer service is so so bad. I was aggressively spoken to by one of the servers called Alex. The food is not fit for consumption. And the price is a rip off. The bottomless Prosecco at £25 make sure you drink your moneys worth but be prepared to have a headache after because it is the cheapest brand they give u. Aside from the music don't expect to be wowed by the customer service delivery and food. Absolute shambles"

"A friend visiting London was staying there and a few of us arranged to meet him in the bar before going for dinner. Greeted at the door by two men bursting with self importance. After having to call to get our friend to speak to someone in the hotel he reluctantly let us pass. We all got to the bar, ordered then noticed the place was full of old fat men and girls looking for rich fat old men. We downed our not so great cocktails (mine was a rather bitter espresso martini) and decided to leave sharpish. We checked out his room before leaving just felt gimmicky and cheap. I’ve been to quite a few places all around the world inc W Sydney and NCY but this one lacks any semblance of class and reflected by the poor attitude of the door staff. We couldn’t wait to leave happy to say I’d rather meet somewhere else"
