"I go to the tea rooms quite often now. I couldn’t think of a better place to recommend in cranbrook! The people are wonderful and the food is as FRESH as it can get. One of my favourite dishes from there is the salmon, avocado, scrambled egg on granary bread and without fail. Every. Single. Time it is PERFECT. It’s all fresh food ! There are some good people that work in there, the staff are keen workers, always serving with a smile and I admire that! And the chef.. to which I’m certain that if you ask POLITELY she will always go that extra mile for you. We can’t say that’s not good customer service It disappoints me to read or hear of other negative (some untrue) comments about this place, where the staff put the customers at the heart of everything they do. Everyone has different levels of “perfect” and well, when you live on cloud nine it’s going to be hard to please. I love this place and I can not wait to return."
