"At the start of our visit to kaspas we were not explained any of the Covid-19 measures we have to follow, not even a greeting when we walked in. We ordered a few ice creams and 2 hot desserts (waffle and fudge cake). Both the waffle and the fudge cake were given to us cold, when discussing this with one of the workers she accused us of being there for 30 minutes with the dessert despite only being in the building for a total of 15 minutes with proof of time of ordering on the receipt, when the issue had been accepted to be changed by the worker, the other workers all decided to huddle and find out what's happening, following that with stares in our direction. Can't fault the food once this was corrected. But glad I'm not ordering one of the other cakes in the display as they looked stale and falling apart as if they had been there for a while, and glass around the upstairs covered in handprints left by previous customers clearly showing the lack of thorough cleaning during covid-19, wouldn't recommend sitting in if you want any food."
