Kaspa's Desserts - Menu

What an amazing treat visiting this place. Really nicely designed and the desserts are truly to die for.

The only issue with this restaurant is that there are an overwhelming number of delicious desserts to choose from. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Very very slow service. Arrived as a group ordered first and despite other people arriving after us they managed to get their orders first. My order was a donut, had to speak to 3 different members of staff after waiting over 25 minutes to get my order. Won’t be returning which is a shame as the premises look good, shame about the poor service.

Arrived with everything in jammed into one bag and as I was walking out the paper bag handle snapped. They eventually replaced the desserts after waiting there for over 30 minutes. Annoyingly when I got home I found there was no ice cream or whipped cream included and I had driven 20 minutes. In the end the waffles were cold and soggy and I had no ice cream to go with them!

Ordered 3 Sundaes delivery was done by deliveroo which was fine but the quality and taste of there ice creams was so poor that all 3 were binned. Very disappointed with there customers service who did absolutely nothing but told me to contact the delivery company as it's there responsibility regarding the quality of the product and not Kasper's the ones who make and supply such poor products. Dont think this place has ever heard of service with a smile, each item came separately so we ate them one at a time, the prices are extortionate for what you get i will post a picture of my tiny sundae wich cost £8, the milkshake os the most plain and boring thing ive ever seen im not even disappointed i just wish i never brought my nephews here compared to other milkshake places we’ve been this is the pits the milkshake in the picture was £5

I arrived at Kaspas half an hour before their scheduled opening time of 4pm, but they were not open. I checked online to see if they had posted any information about being closed, but found nothing. After waiting over 40 minutes, the restaurant still had not opened. I had traveled over an hour to get there, only to find it closed. I contacted them about the issue, but never received a response. I will not be returning as I expect a restaurant to be open when they say they will be.

I’ve been to Kaspas several times, and each visit just gets more and more disappointing. This time, however, was the worst. The toilet seat in the ladies cubicle was broken, to the point it partly slid off the pan whilst I was sitting on it, which resulted in me being thrown forward and bumping my head on the corner of the sink. This is extremely dangerous. Our waitress was grumpy and rude. Don’t know the name (no name badges for staff) but was only very young with medium brown hair. Two of my friends and I asked for glasses of tap water, which was cloudy and came in dirty glasses. Finally, the food was stone cold. Won’t be coming here again. Think I’ll go to Little Dessert Shop or Legendary... View menu
