"I have never in my life been treated in the manner in which we been treated in a visit 23th April 2016 with a friend. Usually, I don't go such low level places, but friend of mine dragged me to try. Firstly, the place was dirty and it looked kind of an under ground porno restaurant (with red lights, but more like Chanel fours date restaurant, but in a ghetto style and dark red lights. The only people you could see was teen and young people with an average age between 18 to 25 years old, mainly girls. In the hall place, there where only one person servant, who was running up and down in a narrow stairs. I had pasta with a sliced finger size meat. When the food came, I noted the meat was cold and had to ask to change. The waiter said it could be microwaved (heated), I didn't like the idea of warming up, and asked if I could keep the pasta but change the meat to sea bass fish. The waiter came back and said that the chief refused to change and simple kept the food. Surprised, and had to share with my friend meal. To pay, you have to go up, and while paying we noted the chief collecting the rubbish and going back to the kitchen without washing his hands. We asked the chief reason for not wanting to change and why he missed a customer. Simple, we were told not to come back and hey used the F word, simple we told them what a customer service should be like. Seriously, good experience of going to ghetto place. Never again."
