"Ordered a chefs special (Asian style) pizza however I received some random pizza with donner on it. Even the donner was raw and did not taste right so had to bin it. Very disappointed as was looking forward to a decent pizza. Ordered few times before and it was good however was really badly let down this time. Won't be ordering again for sure. Their pizzas are pricey but still can't get the order right."

"This local Indian takeaway restaurant was a disappointing experience for my husband's birthday dinner. Despite pre-ordering our meal, it arrived 20 minutes early and without our main dish and side. When I contacted the restaurant, they offered to deliver the missing items in 30 minutes, but I declined as the rest of the food would have gone cold. The food that was delivered was only lukewarm, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I will not be ordering from them again."

"This small, cozy, hidden gem is one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were knowledgeable. From starters to main courses, everything was perfect. As a food enthusiast who has tried butter chicken from all around the world, I must say that their specialty butter chicken ranks in the top 3 on my list. The food was incredible and reasonably priced. The only small suggestion would be to have slightly faster service, but the quality of the food made the wait worth it. "Worst Takeaway experience I have ever had. I ordered food from this establishment, which turned up half an hour late. I specified to phone my number not buzz the door, as my girlfriend was sleeping, they buzzed the door and woke her, when I got outside, i was told I had to log into my just eat account as there had been an issue with the order, i did so on the drivers ipad, and the driver proceeded ro review the restaurant with full stars on every aspect. After eating the food, I would like to assert it would not get full stars on any aspects, and i found this act of deception quite disturbing. I would like to firstly find out how i can change the review that i never had the opportunity to make, and also query whether this is something JustEat is aware that is happening? I have a strong suspicion most of the tandoori's good review may have been customers who were likewise duped."

"Well firstly it was late...very late a hour and half for a takeaway, there are plenty of other establishments in gosport who deliver half the time. Secondly starters cold..not even warm or hot, nan bread solid as a rock, no mushroon rice with our order, quality of the curries, not up to there usual standard. The staff memeber who took the order should have told us there and then how long it will be rather guess and the chefs in the kitchen...bad night? new staff? who knows but as a regular customer whom the whole family enjoy the meals we had there....last night was so dissapointing especially paying that amount of money.Not going to order there again ."

"I ordered a takeaway on the and I’ve never been more disappointed. Firstly our food was all cold, I specifically choose an restaurant that’s not too far from my home (Less then miles away) so I do not expect to have to warm...my food in the microwave! My partner ordered a Chicken Tikka CHILLI Massala which is described as “hot and punchy” but the curry was bland and equivalent to a Korma! Mushroom rice, the Chilli Massala and the Aloo Gobi were all swimming in water and oil (I have added some photos to show this) We ordered a Garlic Naan but again this was freezing cold and was also rock hard, I couldn’t even cut it with a pizza cutter! I do not like leaving bad reviews at all. I have already phoned Spice Garden and tried to talk to them about our order but when explaining to them about our food they did not seem to care, no apology given at all. Extremely disappointing food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"

"this restaurant is fantastic. the personal is incredibly welcoming; they are always attentive. some nights that we were here, I and my partner are the only ones that night in the others that filled it in full, but in any case, the personal they make the feeling as if they were the only one they have. very good hospitality! the manager has always introduced himself and makes time for small talks. good man. eating is excellent, always perfecting. "Initially I was going to give an average rating, but because the staff were rude at the end, it soured the mood. So to start with, the food is over-priced. Over-priced can work if your food is great, but the food here is not good. These are some of the most mediocre curries I have eaten in a long time. They do a banquet deal, which I will admit is a good deal for what you get, and the portion sizes are good. One of the servers was practically inaudible. Service was a basic standard, which brings me to the next point. When it came to paying for the meal, the card machine voided a few times, which was a problem on their end (otherwise it would have said declined). Secondly the server (not the inaudible one) got pissy when my wife selected no tip, he was aggressively ripping the paper off from the machine and avoiding eye contact. As I said before, the service was basic, so you do not deserve a tip. Even more importantly, you referred to her as a sir earlier in the meal so you dug your own grave. Get better."
