"After a busy day last Sunday we thought a curry so to try delhi flavor as I am new in the opposite and like to use local restaurants where they are worth it. delhi flavour is worth a visit. the room was quiet. I guess that's normal for a Sunday night. the personal is friendly and efficient. the food was excellent. my partner would recommend the lamm madras as he eagerly shot the loose. he likes his curries hot and he said the lamb madras was certainly hot. I swallowed the chicken-shashlik that was beautiful. I love the fact that we could take our own drinks. it makes a great evening a little less expensive. although the prices in delhi aroma are excellent. we will certainly return to this place as often as we can. a large curry house in walking distance, happy us!"

"My daughter ordered via phone and asked for a collection as we only live 4 minutes walk away. Ariana House Special, Wonderful, as for the main Tandoori Mixed Grill, no mixed, chicken chicken chicken oh and onions. Mushroom Bhaji, that was a tinned chopped mushrooms with oh onions. Now the most annoying part of the order, ....a simple easy peasy Garlic Nan. When my daughter arrived home she realised that the Nan was a plain ordinary Nan. So she rang up and moaned about the lack of mixed grill and Garlic in the Nan. The staff were happy to rectify the issue and promised extra Garlic in the Nan and Lamb to be added to the mixed Grill. So off she went, back down the street with mixed grill and nan. She returned pleased that the issue had been resolved. Was it heck. There must of been at least a quarter of a clove in the nan. i hate garlic and i couldnt smell ought. The mixed grill had improved, more chicken and two pieces of lamb???????. Shame because it was worth the money before Christmas.. Cant knock the front of house staff, shame they have to put up with the kitchen staff. Lost a local, Im afraid. NOT AGAIN"

"On the day that government extended the tier 4 areas across the country, I collected dinner from Desi only to find that all the 3 employees inside Desi had no protection whatsoever. Not even bad placed mask on the chin as many people use, not a single mask at sight. Every other take away that I have used in the last week had employees with masks as mandatory for every open business. "We visited with friends on a Saturday evening from the outside my heart sank no kerb appeal weeds around the building old torn stickers of past achievement and accredition in the far from clean windows limited exterior signs did not look great but car park was full so that was a good sign. Rather brusk welcome interior was smart and clean orders taken efficiently. Food arrived in good time and I have to say was really good. The waiters became more relaxed as the evening went on. 112 for 4 people that included 4 x cobras and a bottle of wine not bad. Hands shakes on leaving. I do think some exterior spruce up would pay dividends and look like someone cared and some gentle background music to add a little atmosphere to an otherwise clinical which I had no issue with interior most importantly though food was good and front of house premises and toilets were clean. Can recommend you can't always judge a book by its cover."

"The four courses included a poppadom, a starter, a curry, and nan bread. The poppadom was disappointing as it was cold and stale, and only came with two accompaniments - a spicy yogurt and mango chutney. The onion bhajees for the starter were freshly cooked and tasty, but the accompanying salad was not fresh as the cucumber was starting to turn brown. The Chicken Korma was generous, hot, and delicious, and the nan bread was also good. The service was quick and efficient. I was disappointed to find out that they did not serve wine, although I later noticed they had lager in the fridge, raising questions about their drinks license policy. There was bottled water on the table, but it was not complimentary and cost over £3 if consumed. I was able to get a smaller bottle for £1.95 when I asked. Overall, I would recommend sticking to the freshly cooked dishes and avoiding the poppadoms and salad."

"I always noticed the wonderful smell coming from this place when I walked by, so I finally decided to try it out over the weekend. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, explaining the spiciness levels of the curries and offering to adjust them to our preferences. The food we ordered was delicious, the quality was great for the price, and we didn't have to wait too long for it. I would definitely order from here again. Another great thing is that the menu offers the option to make any dish vegetarian or vegan, which is a big bonus for those who require it."
