"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, really tasty and a good selection of choices for the Christmas meal. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that everything took a long time; we had pre-ordered so thought that would speed things along. We were on a work lunch and had to return to the office, otherwise would have been happy to stay longer!"

"The restaurant called to change our reservation time, mentioning that they were very busy. It was clear they weren’t prepared for the Father's Day rush. It took a long time for our food to be served, and several menu items were sold out. The waiter had to return multiple times to inform us that the dishes we chose were unavailable, including our dessert options. The food itself was quite disappointing, and the dining area is small and in dire need of an update. I usually like to support local businesses, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this restaurant."

"Can't comment on the food, because I was left outside for over 20 minutes waiting to be served whilst 12 Uber drivers pushed in front of me and had their orders dealt with before I had even been asked what I wanted. I appreciate they are busy but surely customers buying in store are just as important as delivery orders? I asked how long I would have to wait and was told 2 minutes, another 10 minutes passed with being ignored and pushed past and I ended up leaving. Also, neither gentleman behind the counter were wearing masks, they had them on their chin."

"Winnersh Staff. I love subway I usually eat 4 or 5 times a week. But I seriously disappointed Winnersh Subway’s staff. I walk into store. Staff was talking with his mate. I wait for a while to be served. But he didn’t do anything even, didn’t say hi or hello. I said, excuse me I’m in hurry could you please serve me, then he was so rude and said he is busy. To be honest i was the only customer in the shop at the time. No one else there. He served me but he was serve ring soo slowly doing it purposely. And he was talking his language. It Was so uncomfortable moment. I was very upset the way he treated me. I still said I’m sorry. I’m in rush. He sundely said don’t come again. At this point didn’t know what to say. Will never go to winners subway again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"This restaurant offers excellent dining with high-quality ingredients. I ordered the small English breakfast with a cappuccino for delivery. I would give it four and a half stars, but unfortunately, half stars aren't given here so I'll give it five stars. It would be hard to give it four stars because it was very enjoyable. The sausage and egg were excellent, but the bacon was a bit tough and cold, likely due to the distance of the delivery. However, this is a minor issue and not the fault of the restaurant. The packaging was done well and the order was not chaotic. The baked beans and mushrooms were also delicious. Overall, a great experience with delivery when some cafes don't always meet the same standard."

"Today I visited the restaurant and was served by Brad. I was feeling overwhelmed but Brad took the time to listen to my requests and made sure to fulfill them exactly as I asked. I have a picky family but Brad provided excellent service, making our dining experience pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, Brad, for making a challenging situation more manageable and enjoyable."
