With guests accompanying me, I had to rise from my seat and speak to a man (possibly the manager). He apologized repeatedly afterward. Their behavior made me feel sick to my stomach, and I regretted choosing this place. There was a lack of etiquette, table manners, napkins, or even water—I had to request everything, feeling utterly embarrassed. Never again will I visit, not even if it's free.
