The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. The atmosphere and surroundings are great. Special thanks to Eve and the team for their excellent service. This is a dinner spot with a price range of £40-£50 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Shish dish.

Took my team of ten for a staff Xmas meal and despite being very busy on a Tuesday night, the service was brilliant! Warm, attentive and friendly smiley staff plus fresh food cooked deliciously served with no delays and nothing was too much for these wonderful people! We ordered via Deliveroo and just as the food was about to arrive we got a message saying ‘we can’t deliver.’ No problem, these things happen, but when I called the restaurant I was spoken to very rudely and was just told ‘there is nothing we can do and then hung up on me.’ Very disappointing. I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. Both the food and service were exceptional. It was a work dinner, and although I usually don't enjoy Turkish food because of past experiences, this restaurant completely changed my perspective. The meal was for dinner, with a price range of £50-60 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the lamb dishes.

Ambience 10/10, amazing customer service all around especially Eve who ensured my 10yr old nephew had the most amazing birthday. Thanks to all stuff too. Such a fun night. The place was overly crowded, and once finally seated, we felt forgotten. Shockingly, the waitresses behaved disgustingly, ignoring us as if we didn't exist. With guests accompanying me, I had to rise from my seat and speak to a man (possibly the manager). He apologized repeatedly afterward. Their behavior made me feel sick to my stomach, and I regretted choosing this place. There was a lack of etiquette, table manners, napkins, or even water—I had to request everything, feeling utterly embarrassed. Never again will I visit, not even if it's free.
