"The food was mediocre at best. Previous review mentioned Aldi baguette for garlic bread, I thought exactly the same last night. The prawn dishes were all from frozen prawns, swimming in water, the rest of the food were microwaved. Convinced they were no better than...a ready meal. The service was truly shocking. The minute we got there, we were putting the waitress out by having a table booked and her having to show us to it. At the end of the evening, another waitress slammed a takeaway box on the table for us to scoop our left overs in, then walked off muttering something under her breath when I questioned why they were not able to do this for us. She then made her way over to bar to join a harem of other waitresses where they proceeded to stare at our table, whispering and laughing about us. Not sure why the reviews are good for this place, I can only assume that with a lack of decent places to eat in Rochdale, it’s just one of the least worst."
