"I visited this place with my friend this week and it was an excellent experience. Place was big but very well organized and decorated beautifully. We received a warm welcome by staff; they seated us and helped us with the menu which looked great. I ordered chicken wrapped in pancetta and my friendordered spaghettini with prawns which she said was the best she had. Great ingredients, flavors and very nicely presented. I could recommend this place without a hesitation. This place is worth a visit."

"Wow! The pizzas at this restaurant are absolutely delicious. Every plate was cleared, which speaks volumes about the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place for dinner. The delivery service was excellent and the overall atmosphere was great. Prices were reasonable, averaging between £20-30 per person. "This is our local Italian deli, with the restaurant to the rear of the shop. The food is never anything less than wonderful, We've eaten here a lot and never had anything but a great experience. The kids menu is small, but adequate with pasta and pizza on offer and it's possible to tweak the items. The calves liver is my personal favourite, but having eaten most things on the menu at some point, you really can't go wrong here."

"best pizza in london! fantastic pizza in a beautiful rustic restaurant, including sitting outdoors. there is a large selection of pizzas, pasta and main dishes, as well as appetizers and snacks. the teig was thin and crispy, not soggy at all, and the beats were delicious, thin cut, just like a good pizza should be. served with a beautiful free starter of brot and oliven. service was friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. "good quality. casual and smooth atmosphere. the place is dedicated to the art of making pizza and panini. I had there the pizza “Il contadino”, which was very nice and pleasant. it could be a good choice also for vegetarians because this pizza has only tomaten, mozzarella cheese and many other vegetables on it. the personal is welcoming and prompt. I would go there for pizza instead of meeresfruit and panini, because it looks like it's their specificity. the prices are good and they should expect to spend 45 for two people. I would suggest going with a group of friends and enjoying their time. the place is quite small, so it is better to make a reservation before going."

We felt cheated, embarrassed, and disappointed. Since I provided my phone number and email address during the booking process, I am confused as to why I wasn't contacted to inform me that ASK Islington was no longer in operation. "I and my party came late, but for the happiness the table was not given away. eating was amazing. service was good. the waiter we had was very nice. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the lighting, which was quite bright; otherwise, I would have rated the atmosphere five stars as well. "we booked this restaurant before phone and when we stopped, we refused to book. they could not fit us in and it was Mother's Day, so it was difficult to find an alternative at short notice. this time I booked through open table to avoid the same happening again. when we arrived, they had no record of our booking! but because they were not busy, they gave us a table. we asked about the dessert option of a milk-free child, and they said they had none. When I asked if we could have a reduction on the price of the child meal, they went away and came back to say that they actually have mango sorbet. the cheese on the pizzas that were ordered for both adults was not very nice and we were disappointed by our meal. overall they seem quite disorganized and eating is not good enough to overlook this. therefore I would not recommend this restaurant."

"This is the best tapas restaurant in Surrey! We had an amazing girls' night out last week, and we've also enjoyed many memorable meals here with family and friends. "This is the finest Italian dining experiences I have ever had. Before I mention anything about the food, the service provided by Dina was incredible. I felt as if she treated us like old friends and nothing was too much to ask for. Thank you!...Her colleagues were also great hosts. The menu itself offers an excellent variety of dishes, many staples of Italian cuisine like Carbonara but also many unique dishes. "I used the OpenTable app to book La Cucina as a last minute booking. When I walked in the door with my family, we waited to be seated, or for someone to approach us to ask about a reservation this didn't happen so I approached the bar/desk about half way up the restaurant. I showed the staff member my reservation he explained there was no space. He seemed to confer with a women who didn't look at or approach me, and when he came back to me said I would have to wait about 20 minutes. I returned to my family by the door and realised I was unsure if I actually had a booking here and there would be a table in 20 minutes or I was coming back to check if there was a table. I approached the desk again and spoke to the woman this time who dismissed the reservation I had and said they never received it. I asked when I would be able to eat, and she suggested coming back in 30 minutes. I asked if there would be a table in 30 minutes and she said that she would hold one for me she didn't take my name or any details. I didn't return and I won't. I don't mind if something went wrong with my reservation and if it wasn't received. The dismissive attitude and ambiguity about whether I would be able to get a table at any time turned me off this restaurant."

"I was aimlessly wandering around and came upon this gem in a neighborhood lined with pretty shops and gorgeous homes. It seems to be frequented by local residents, which was exactly what I was looking for, and it has a little shop that sells fruits, vegetables, pasta, olive oils, etc. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, which was perfectly cooked, hot and topped with just the right amount of parmesan. The meat sauce has to be the recipe from someone's little, old nonna. It was out of this world. I couldn't finish it so I took the leftovers to go along with a scrumptious piece of strawberry cheesecake and a bag filled with oil, vinegar, chips and sweets! "If you’re looking for a classy yet affordable dinner out, Scicly Da Scalzo in Victoria is the place for you! I visited Scicily Da Scalzo tonight to celebrate my 3 month anniversary with my partner. Located next to Victoria coach station, this centrally placed restaurant maintains the cozy feel of being back in Nonnas kitchen. We started our meal with tender Kallamata oliver (both green and black were provided) along side some warm soft bread. For drinks I ordered a bottle of wine, these vary in price starting from house vino at 22.50. (Of course cost of living crises, so bought the cheapest). Service was excellent, all staff were itallian (or mainland European) which made it feel so authentic and they were able to give the best recommendations to us. We used a £50 voucher on the fork which was applied to the entire bill. A great place if you are deciding where to spend some well earned Yums ️."

"We went to dinner on Friday after work with friends. At first, we thought it was pretty quiet for a Friday night, but the atmosphere picked up. The ambiance was lovely, very cozy and intimate, and the waiter who served us was very friendly, not intrusive but informative when needed. For starters, we all had a variety of dishes: pate della casa, antipasto della casa, salad, and eggplant parmigiana. For mains, we had a T-bone steak, classic pasta dish, and a delicious chicken romano dish. Overall, we were satisfied with our meals, the seasoning, and the flavors were great. However, my friends who had the steak were not overly impressed. They felt that the texture of the meat suggested it might have been frozen at some point, rather than fresh. Despite this, we had a nice dining experience and would consider coming back. Next time, we may stick to the authentic Italian dishes as this is an Italian restaurant, and they do them very well."
