"This Nando’s is awful with timing and how they speak to there customers. The guy at the door turned the booking off due to it being busy which was understandable, but tells us to come back in minutes as he will open them again...then. We came back and joined the que which the app said minutes and the guy at the door also guaranteed it will be minutes. We came back after minutes and asked how long for our table which we got told it will be another hour after he told us it was minutes. Another hour went by to I called up and asked how long will my table be, which the same person who answered the phone said won’t be ready for another minutes. This was getting to the point of being frustration as we had a young child with us. It was a busy Friday night I understand but don’t guarantee someone a table and time if this is not available. Staff was rude and didn’t care about the way he spoke to people. NEVER VISITING THIS NANDOS AGAIN!!!"
