Nando's Guildford - Menu

Food was delicious and fresh. RJ was a great server with great customer service. Definitely recommend!

Very busy, long trek from downstairs up to the toilets, chicken was a little dry, it was an ok experience, nothing special but better than Horsham Nandos.

Abie her team were very accommodating. They were polite and cheerful servers that always checked up on us The manager was nice to give a free dessert for my sister’s birthday too!

It was an overall great experience, the food was great and so was the atmosphere. Abie’s service was great! She checked in on us and communicated well and answered all of our questions!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Abbie for being such a kind and warm waitress. Her personality and energy, along with her warm smile, made my visit even better. Thank you again and best wishes to all of you.

I visited my niece living in Surrey three weeks ago we decided to go to Nando’s. We don’t have this in California. Rochie, our server was very good helpful, explained what they had he was very accommodating. Food was how I expected… their chicken was so tender so savory. They have the best sauce. Peri peri sauce is our favorite. We are planning to ho back!

Had dinner on July 13, 2024 There was 30 minutes wait for chicken but in the end it’s arrived within 20 minutes. Food was as usual but condition of restaurant was very poor cleaning wise. There was garbage underneath our table, generally garbage seen on floor. Men’s washroom had such a small sink that most of the water was dropping on the floor when washing hands. Condition of bathroom cleaning as bad as dinning hall.

What’s not to love about Nando’s? The food is always good, reasonably priced and fast. The service is friendly and efficient, and it always delivers the The Nando’s in Guildford is quite small in comparison to some I’ve been to before, so it does usually mean you have to put your name down for a table, but they turn tables around pretty quickly so it doesn’t take long. If you’re looking for a quick and fairly cheap bite to eat whilst out in Guildford you can’t go wrong with Nando’s!

So I get its a 'eat it and get out ' kinda place but sadly its how you are treated. I was told to sit on a stool that was very uncomfortable (Im 60). I wasnt asked if that was ok. So when i moved obviously an issue. Then it was my fault apparently that I should have said when booking. How should I know? Waitress continued to make out it was my fault and i was 'lucky ' another table was available. Nandos 'especially Guildford ' will be lucky to see me again. 2 of us so a table is potential loos of bums on seats right, forget comfort.
