"beautiful coffee shop with tasty baked but the personal was simply not with it! not very on food allergies, since my daughter was worried about her mother allergy. the waitress was really not that helpful. waited old for our pastries and longer for cutlery, which should really be given to us before eating at the end my daughter had to stand up and find her herself. service was not great."

"So I get its a 'eat it and get out ' kinda place but sadly its how you are treated. I was told to sit on a stool that was very uncomfortable (Im 60). I wasnt asked if that was ok. So when i moved obviously an issue. Then it was my fault apparently that I should have said when booking. How should I know? Waitress continued to make out it was my fault and i was 'lucky ' another table was available. Nandos 'especially Guildford ' will be lucky to see me again. 2 of us so a table is potential loos of bums on seats right, forget comfort. I know im just one of thousands as you will always be busy right? Interestingly you share bad experiences more than the good ones! And I did share and got similar feedback. Shame.
