"If anyone want the latest review of this restaurant then I’m giving you it to you today. We have been going to this restaurant over 10 years but sadly the quality of food , the portion size , the service was the worst I have seen. Their standard have fallen below dramatically. The portion for forouj was the tiniest I have even come across which was also very hard and nerdy charcoaled. The tajine dish contained one tiny piece of lamb and even that was covered in boiled vegs and soup in it was so watery. The whole experience was awful. The last time when we went there we promised ourselves not to return back. Sadly we fell into “let’s give it another try “ trap. And we sadly we got caught in it. Rude service. Very facety waiters who didn’t understand why I was complaining about the size of the chicken or why I was asking if he can swap the my tagline watery dish. £65 !!! For the most awful meal ever. Guys do not , DO NOT go there."

"there was a mix with my booking when a private party had borrowed the whole trinity kitchen! I had a table for 4 of us for prosecco and cupcakes for my birthday. for the happiness the employees left us our table and gave us a bottle of prosecco and cupcakes on the house for the inconvenience. the cupcakes were beautiful and we would definitely be back with how nice the staff was"

"an excellent original place with good customer service. we ordered a mixtablette for two starters, sirloin steak and rib eye steak with mojito drinks. the appetizers consisted of 3x crispy roasted garnels, 2x large chicken wings, which are covered in a juicy aroma grill sauce with a bark rib. the bark rib was large, tender and melted in the mouth. all appetizers were excellent. mains, sirloin was ordered medium and the rib eye medium rare. both steaks were perfectly cooked on a chat grill and on our request. our mojito’s were both tasteful and fancyful with dry ice. the only recommendation I would give is to offer seasonal steamed veg as a guide or as a side. otherwise a quality restaurant that we will definitely visit again."

"I ate yesterday in this restaurant with a few friends and really enjoyed the fantastic and freshly prepared eating. I had a Jupiter pizza that was chorizo, mushroom and basilikum. it was so delicious and at a great price on the bargain lunch menu of £6 for a 9 inch pizza. the environment was nice, cozy and comfortable and the waitress was friendly. we didn't have to wait long for our lunch, either what is great for a lunchtime. I called the restaurant today, as I was worried about plastikstroh in our drinks. I was sure that the green colored straws are biodegradable. while I'd rather see paper straws, that's a good start. the coworker also told me that they plan to deviate from plastic in other areas such as plastic sauce bottles. it would be great to see that they are somewhat more visible with the plastic question, but for food quality, great value and excellent service they receive full traces of me"

"This hidden gem on Gloucester Road was a delightful find. I visited with a friend for her Turkish breakfast, which was incredibly generous in portion size - we struggled to finish it between the two of us! We also indulged in some warm baklava for dessert, served with a side of ice cream. The passion fruit lemonade was a refreshing and perfect beverage choice. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant very soon for another visit."

"I attended here with a few work colleagues whilst away on business after one of the group suggested it and i was not disappointed. From the moment I entered I was greeted with a top standard of professionalism. Our server, Ella, is an absolute credit to the business. Ella was very friendly, polite and engaging, she interacted with all people at the meal delivering fantastic customer service. She truly made the meal an enjoyable experience. The food was great, I personally ordered the fajitas. The wraps were small but the meat and vegetables were not! And as the wraps were complimentary it was fine as we could have more brought over. The food was of good quality and of large portions. I would most certainly visit again next time I am in the Poole/Bournemouth area."

"Food was lovely and prompt. But we ordered a bottle of white wine and, only after it came to the table and had been poured, we discovered the wine wasn 't chilled and was actually quite warm. Turns out the fridge hadn 't been working all day but they hadn 't told us. We asked for a replacement cold wine but it was hard work and they tried to charge us more for an actual cold bottle, when it had been their lack of communication that caused the problem. It was very much a 'computer says no ' moment rather than a focus on customer service which was a bit rubbish. Such a shame as the staff and food were generally good."

"Henry Morgans has everything from great breakfast to delicious dinner. Despite the look of the place (quite average on the inside of the restaurant), the food is delightful and great quality. If you belong to the group of people that went over to Grandma's house and had her chicken soup you will love this place. Whenever I feel a little homesick, I also come to this restaurant for their Chicken Noodle Soup with some carrots inside. "I had been excited for weeks to visit red dog saloon as I have visited before and the chicken was good. We went on a Saturday evening and firstly it was very busy. We had booked a table so we’re seated after a short wait. Service was slow but it was busy. We ordered two main dishes (both chicken), a side of burnt end mash and a side of nachos. The chicken was very good. Plentiful in portion size and great flavour. This was the highlight of the meal. The mash was one of the most atrocious portions of mash I have ever laid eyes on. Swimming in what could only be described as fat rather than gravy. No taste other than fat and mash of such questionable consistency it didn’t appear there most of the time. This needs removing from the menu or changing asap! Scandalous presentation for £7.50. Nachos were stale and disappointing. No salsa and cheese on them also had no flavour. Not great for the £10.50 we paid for them. Service continued to slow the longer we stayed to the point where our plates were not cleared after our meal. Servers were often clearing tables that were empty rather than attending customers still at the restaurant (who may continue to spend money on drinks or desserts) or were talking amongst each other. We sat staring at the cold congealed mess of mashy fat before getting up, asked to pay with a server and left. Left disappointed as they had been great on previous visits. Sadly lost a customer here."

"okay, so last review I was partially critical because my pregnant ex-wife couldn't get a place or eat here and we both needed. now, a few years and another pregnant thing later, I have recently more time to try dinge and free time, but somehow was in the opposite to try. yes I had an edible and expected I would have an appetit for snacks, so ordered a full pizza and selected from the menu vegan mozarella, seasoned cauliflower, BBQ sauce, jalepeno, sweet and nduja vegan sausage. building a separate pizza is £11 and contains a 2 column system where they want a thing from the subsections of the column a and as many of the column b’s as they want. base was slightly dry and slightly rough texture, but must say the pizza was delicious and it is worth it. I am no longer so stuffed and enjoyed the flavored and subtle flavors of this very good and not too heavy pizza. my brother got a pizza with normal cheese and he enjoyed, but he said was a pretty heavy pizzamine was not hard and right. "Nice to see a menu with fast food and healthy choices. I ordered a healthy choice, husband ordered a wrap and daughter wanted a plain chicken wrap. My healthy choice was the Avo Go Go (avocado, sweet potato wedges, spinach quinoa and pomegranate seeds). Sounded yummy. I added some halloumi..... thankfully, because when it came out it was halloumi, a couple of slices of avocado and lettuce. When I enquired where the rest was I was given some sweet potato chunks and told the manager had said to stop serving the rest of the ingredients!!! Not quite the meal as advertised. The girl who came out to explain all this to us was lovely and a real credit to the place. She obviously felt quite awkward explaining the decision her manager has made to serve up food that didn’t include half the ingredients! As a side note. Husband loved his food. Daughter who requested a plain chicken wrap got a southern fried kind of affair and didn’t enjoy hers either. 1 out of 3 happy eaters...... but problems encountered were dealt with really well so we would give the place another go, except I would check the ingredients available before ordering next time."

"My son ordered telephonic 2 mix platter in 1 mix platter are 5x wings 5x chicken stripes for 2x £22.99. And 1 mega platter price is £37.99 I mega platter are 10 wings and 10 chicken stripes. The owner of peri peri was reluctant to charge 1 mega platter. Peri peri staff and owner are dishonest. We are permanent client but he doesn't care."

"Absolutely awful... we tried ordering through Deliveroo earlier today at 12:20pm and after no update on the order for 40 minutes, we called the restaurant to ask whether they got the order, to which they told us that the driver had just left to deliver our food. After nothing for 20 minutes (restaurant is 10 mins away, max), we called again only to be told they had never received our order. We ordered again at 1:30pm, from Just Eat this time, and waited until 2:35pm, no food. We called the restaurant again, to which we were hung up on, and when we called again at 2:50pm they told us that the driver had just left and would be 10 minutes. we waited another 25 minutes before the driver arrived, and when we checked the food, nothing was labelled (we ordered 5 wraps, so we had no idea whose was whose) and we were missing a bag of fries. Not to mention, after waiting for over an hour for the second order it was ice cold. In total we spent almost 3 hours to eat lunch, and were extremely disappointed."
