"I ordered 1 wrap of the day, 1 apple and black currant drink, and 2 hot wings through the drive-thru at the restaurant. However, I was incorrectly charged for a meal that I did not order, which cost 60p more. When I returned to the restaurant, the staff member initially argued that the meal deal was cheaper. After speaking with the supervisor, I was refunded the extra 60p. The staff member claimed she thought the meal was cheaper, but later admitted she may have misheard me. No apologies were given for the attempt to upsell me on a more expensive meal that I did not request.
