"Very excited to be out for the first time after lockdown. Decided to celebrate with a late Saturday brunch. However, a wait of 50 minutes for the food to arrive. Eventually spotted it being walked round the garden twice, without realising it was ours even though it had been ordered at the bar with a table no included. And then a second time, realising it was perhaps ours, but not being able to win the waitress’s attention. When it finally came, after having raised it twice with what appeared to be the head waiter out of two serving the entire garden we had to send the gyoza back to be re-heated as unsurprisingly, they were luke-warm. The drinks finally came. I hour after ordering. I asked for the service charge £4.50 to be removed as there was no service to speak of. The head waiter apologised for the chaos they had only been open 3 days, but still....? and offered us 2 drinks on the house. Other diners looked like they were equally having to chase their orders.... If you decide to eat or drink here, whatever you do, don’t go hungry or thirsty. You may have a long wait. And end up feeling aggrieved at spending your hard earned cash for a wholly underwhelming experience."
