"I recently met up with family who were visiting the United Kingdom and had spent the morning at the Tower of London. We decided to have lunch at a Jamie's restaurant, as I had previously had good experiences at other locations. Unfortunately, it seemed like we caught them on a bad day as several menu items were unavailable. It was explained to us that there was an issue with deliveries, and on top of that, the service was quite slow. Despite these setbacks, the lunch was still enjoyable, but overall it was a bit disappointing."
