"I've always loved Coast to Coast and visited as often as I could while I was at university in Leicester. Even though I've now moved out of Leicester and it's a 1.5 hour drive I always try and visit Coast to Coast because it's one of my favourite restaurants. It's themed on an old American diner and the has the décor and memorabilia to match. Even though they're always busy no matter what time of day you go (testament to how good the food is and how nice a place it is to go) they will always try and accommodate you and the staff are always friendly. If you like classic American diner food this is the place for you, every meal I've had from here has been delicious and has exceeded my expectations. Would always recommend here! P.s. they're slightly pricey and don't have vouchers but it's so worth it!"

"We had a lunch to celebrate being able to get out together for a Christmas treat. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and provided excellent service. One of our group members was feeling unwell, but the staff on duty were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was well-presented and suited our budget perfectly, with a good selection on the fixed menu. Due to Covid restrictions, the restaurant was quite quiet and lacked atmosphere through no fault of the staff. We will definitely visit again."

"I ordered peri peri chicken, but it was just a small plain piece of chicken with supermarket bought peri peri sauce poured on top. The chicken is supposed to be cooked with the sauce, not poured on top afterwards. The chicken tasted like it had been left out for days. The salad was barely fresh. You would n't even feed a dog that meat, never mind a human. That is how sick it was. The meal was supposed to include grilled corn, but did n't. If you don't have what is listed on the menu, why not say, instead of stealing money from a customer. At £18, the same meal and drink would have been both edible and half the price at the wetherspoon's. Why the bar staff could n't check what was being served, ask me about the meal or check-back was a disgrace. The staff only want to deal with white people. I won't return to this venue."

"We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The service and staff were fantastic. The only issue we encountered was that the menu online was different from the one we received at the table. This discrepancy should be addressed, as other customers have also mentioned the same issue. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Staff are rude and food no good for how much it cost. When receiving my food it came cold and small portion for £16. Small tiny piece of chicken smothered in sauce which was cold. Onion rings were nice. Ordered Mac n cheese as a side which was watery and disgusting! (My daughter wouldn’t even eat it and she loves mac cheese) Looked like the food has come from a microwave meal and just heated up. When speaking to the girl behind the bar saying that the chicken is cold on both meals she was rude and said ‘it can’t be it’s just come from the kitchen’ it was cold. When asking for a refund I was told that they can heat it back up or make another one which I didn’t want I just asked for a refund instead. I showed her the food and put my finger in the chicken to show it’s cold the girl said now she won’t take it back for a refund as I’ve put my finger in it. I’m sorry but I paid for the meal I will put my finger in it if I want to. Then she started saying again she will heat it up. I said no thanks I will have a refund instead please. I told her I’m the customer if I’m saying the food is cold and I don’t want it re heated up and I would like a refund that should be done instead of trying to tell me that she will heat it back up and that I’m lieing to say the food is cold. Was greeted by another worker that asked what the problem was I told her that the 2 main meals are both cold and I would like a refund please and she sorted it out straight away apologising for the other lady’s attitude. I’ve never been to Camden before and I certainly won’t be retuning here again. Bad customer service and rude staff and overpriced micro meals!! Disgusting."

"Having never quite been convinced by the menu and decor to ever entertain an evening out at Missoula, it came as a welcome surprise how wonderful the new occupier of the premises is proving to be. The bustling Friday trade did not slow the service...and we received a mouthwatering array of small plates and a sharing platter more than ample for our group of three. I highly recommend the small plates the selection of five provides a lip smacking variety of dishes ranging from cauliflower wings (delightful) to arancini balls and burnt beef ends. Actually also a fan of the sharing platter with chicken wings, chicken strips, onion rings, chips, roast, medley of sauces and sausage. All whilst absorbing gorgeous views over the River Ouse..... a delightful way to spend a Friday evening (or any evening for that matter"

"Just wanted to write this review so that others may consider alternative venue when they are faced with the choice at a very difficult and sad time. This hotel gets plenty of business from nearby funeral directors I assume because of is location but they are uncompassionate, unprofessional and unconcerned about your experience. When we arrived after leaving the funeral directors to book the reception I stood waiting for a period of time to be attended to. Eventually an employee on his break went through and got a staff member. She had me stand at the reception, recite details showing no empathy for our situation, when booking my father in laws at the Seamill Hydro we were sat away from the reception and treated in a caring way. When we arrived at the time booked after the funeral we stood at the reception for a period of time before being shown through. No offer of condolences offered. As for the drinks on arrival, we waited a good 10 minutes before any orders taken missing out 4 guests. Eventually food came out slowly. We were given one coffee/tea and the staff left. We tried to find staff to see if we could have more coffee and order more drinks but staff found not be found. I had over estimated the number of people who attended but even though we paid for food for more people my guests were not offered anymore sandwiches, sausage rolls etc. When settling the bill I was of course charged for the food/drinks that never appeared and was not asked if everything was ok. A basic courtesies in the hospitality business. Please consider alternatives before booking here, it is easy money for them and they do not care n anyway about the customer. I contacted the Lynnhurst Hotel 3 days ago and unsurprisingly they have not responded."

"We have visited this ASK restaurant several times now and each visit has been wonderful. I arrived with a friend who eats meat, but we decided to share the vegan sides (garlic bread, side salad, and roast potatoes) and I enjoyed the spaghetti al pomodoro without mozzarella, which was delicious. We also shared the blood orange and chocolate tart. We will definitely be returning."

"I was searching for a restaurant for a pre-theatre meal and a special place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The ambience and authenticity were fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we opted for the set menu priced at £35 per person. The quality of the food was outstanding, but we wished there were more dishes and larger portions per person. For example, we ordered the teriyaki salmon and there was only one piece that we had to share. I felt that since we were paying per person, the portions should have been more equal. However, the dessert was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again, but I would be more cautious with my food choices. It is a perfect location for a pre-theatre meal near the Royal Albert Hall."

"We reserved two tables for our upcoming visit, which allowed us to choose our preferred seating area in the restaurant. The menu selection was excellent, and the food was delicious. The service was very attentive and good. We visited on a Sunday and opted for the lunch package. My only minor critique is that the Yorkshire puddings were excessively large, overshadowing the rest of the meal. "Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

"visited the place at two different locations. the first time was on a Saturday night. great music and ambiente, but what the show stole was their list of cocktails. therefore decided to try some. all were exceptional, I would recommend the 5 stars tee for the rum lovers and show me the monkeys for the whisky dinkers who want to try something else. the Watermelon actor 'full moon party' was decent and thought us more. After we had the wonderful experience, we decided to go back this time with a bigger baptism. everything was the same, but we were disappointed as the bar offers were not trained enough to create the different cocktails on their menu, which was due to the fact that it was a weekday. I would recommend visiting the place at a weekend to have some drinks with friends and enjoy the lively atmosphere."

"I had been planning to return to this restaurant for a few years. I finally went back today and was pleased to find it empty on a bank holiday Monday for brunch. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was just average and our order was not quite correct, although we were slightly overcharged on the bill. There was no butter with the toast and no offer of condiments. The coffee was good and the staff were pleasant, but the service was only average. The prices were already high, but considering the location, they could have been acceptable with better quality food. What I found unacceptable was the 12% gratuity added to the bill. In summary, it was an overpriced, average cafe brunch in a great location. In my opinion, it could have been packed on a sunny bank holiday morning if the food had been better."
