"I don’t think we’ll be coming back here often, especially considering the prices. I ordered from Uber Eats last night and had a good experience in the past, but this time was different. As always, I requested no allergens in my order, specifically no sauce, but I found several pieces of the allergen mixed in the food. I got very sick from eating it. I reported the issue to Uber Eats, and they kindly refunded the meal.
I appreciate their customer service and understand that mistakes happen. I received a response from I-Krave stating, “Lucy, we don’t use the allergen throughout the process, and it’s free from that ingredient. They might have confused the potatoes for the allergen in the sauce.” While I understand that the food was cooked and sent without delay, I’m disappointed because I’ve consistently found allergen in my meals, as evidenced in the photo.
I know the difference between a soft potato and a crispy, thin disc, so I just needed an apology and honesty from them."
