"I don’t think we’ll be coming back here often, especially considering the prices. I ordered from Uber Eats last night and had a good experience in the past, but this time was different. As always, I requested no allergens in my order, specifically no sauce, but I found several pieces of the allergen mixed in the food. I got very sick from eating it. I reported the issue to Uber Eats, and they kindly refunded the meal. I appreciate their customer service and understand that mistakes happen. I received a response from I-Krave stating, “Lucy, we don’t use the allergen throughout the process, and it’s free from that ingredient. They might have confused the potatoes for the allergen in the sauce.” While I understand that the food was cooked and sent without delay, I’m disappointed because I’ve consistently found allergen in my meals, as evidenced in the photo. I know the difference between a soft potato and a crispy, thin disc, so I just needed an apology and honesty from them."

Really good place to eat, food is delicious, just disappointed the shop is really laid back though as would love for it to be in the town centre, and shame I can't get a delivery to my area as would order every night if I could!

The chili beef was absolutely divine, bursting with flavor, and you could really taste the spices! It had a nice balance of sweetness and acidity, and the quality was impressive. I loved the generous pieces of pineapple; they were very tasty. However, I would have preferred a slightly thicker coating on the chicken. The rice was delicious, but I wasn’t really a fan of the noodles; I didn’t want them but unfortunately had to order them. Being in a hotel, I didn't have access to a fork. Overall, the quality of the food was exceptional—very hot and made with great ingredients. I do think it would be best to keep the cold drinks separate from the hot dips.
