"thai edge is open in leeds as long as I can remember. it never really hit me as the place to go, no one really raves about it. that is until my homemate moved to leeds and found out about her early bird two courses for £12 deal. steal a birthday night for 17 people who are all trying to order eating before 7 o'clock eagerly. we have said that the waiter assured, as he offered generously, to order us, by 7.05 clock very gratuit."

"Upon returning from vacation, the kids were craving Chinese food, so we decided to walk to this restaurant to place an order. The person in charge at the front took our order because the Chinese staff were too busy on their tablets. I was initially told it would take 40 minutes, even though there was only one small order ahead of us. They then changed it to 30 minutes, but it ended up taking 55 minutes!!! The quality of the food was so poor that most of it ended up in the trash. We spent £55 on terrible food and service, not to mention that the owner lied to me in order to keep my money. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere."

"We had been wanting to try here ever since we moved to Waterloo! Heard so many good things about it! We finally got the chance on Chinese New Year we got a takeaway, food was fantastic service was very polite on picking up and had a nice chat with the lady behind the counter!! "Excellent meal and service. We were ushered to the cooler part of the restaurant which suited us as it was a very hot day. Towards the end of our meal the people next to our table just arrived ,were loud and hard of hearing made us rush sooner without having coffee/tea/desserts. Not restaurant’s fault but also if it were at the start/or middle of our meal I would have insisted on being moved to another section. SUPERB FOOD/SERVICE! Thank you. Nineveh Rasdall (Mrs)"

"After our selected place was unexpectedly closed, we choose to go somewhere around and according to google maps Koh Thai was just around. We were not disappointed as the atmosphere was so awesome and staff looks very professional. Just start with a cocktail which was superb. Ordered main course with wine and after lil wait the dishes were on table. Small portion with big value didn’t look nice. Btw food was delicious without any doubt. Call waitress couple of times but seems it’s time to show who is boss at this restaurant, mean no one came. After third time, I’ll have to literally shout and finally being heard . On top of that they add service charges in my bill which was a JOKE but I’m happy to pay that rather then create any drama. All I wanna let people know if you’re going there then use their service properly because at the end you’ll have to pay service charges by hook or by crook"

"The restaurant is absolutely great for its taste, especially the chow mein which tastes just like home! I'm sure the other dishes are just as authentic. The ambiance is not super fancy, but it's clean and tidy with Nepalese folk music playing in the background. The space is a bit limited for larger groups since they don't use the first floor, but the staff, especially Herr Suckat, is very helpful in suggesting the best options. They even have child seats available. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try authentic Nepalese cuisine."

"I recently had dinner at this restaurant and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The price per person was over £100 but it was well worth it. The food was exceptional, I would rate it a 5, and the service was top-notch as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also a 5, creating a very enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend trying the Vegan Momo, Chips Chilli, Chilli Chicken, Chicken Prawn Chow Mein, and Chicken Momos as they were all delicious. For vegetarians, I would highly recommend this restaurant as they have a large selection of vegetarian dishes to choose from. Overall, I had a great meal at this restaurant and I would definitely visit again."

"When the snow is blowing in your face I think ive just improved a Dylan song)....and you want to get out of the cold ,you could do worse than the Everest Spice bar.I watched the football on a large screen and ate chicken momo , chilli wings and pani puri .With a beer and chasers it was about 20 quid. "I ordered a kebab with big chicken apron, salad with chili, and garlic sauce from the Premieres INN Pub. The service over the phone was great. When I opened the package later, I initially thought the salad portion was small and there was only garlic sauce in a container. However, to my surprise, the chili sauce was already in the chicken and it was absolutely delicious (very spicy). The salad was also fresh and tasty. It was a beautiful kebab and I will definitely order it again when I am in the area."

"After a very busy day, we arrived back to the London Bridge hotel to enjoy a drink before heading out for dinner. We took a menu from the table to browse, as we had previously enjoyed lovely meals in the hotel's Londinium Restaurant, which is now closed. After looking at the menu, we decided not to go out and to try the food at the Quarter bar and we were so glad we did!! The food was fresh, well cooked and tasty, and the dishes were well composed. We had seabass and duck main courses portions weren't huge but they were adequate and well priced, especially considering the location. We were so glad we decided to stay in, and plan to eat there again next time we stay!"

"my wife and I went here to eat a quick bite and were initially optimistic. the reviews were mostly good and the staff was friendly. we ordered the baked rice, a hand roll and a drachen roll. the meat in the fried rice. was much over boiled so that it was dry, hard and tasteless. there was no sweetness in the rice (never the picture on the menu) and the spicy tasted as if it were just soy sauce. the handrolle was bland, and the drachenrolle tasted as if it was over a week ago. we were still hungry, but decided that we would rather be hungry than ordering anything else. judging by eating alone, I would rate this place a star, but the personal was friendly and the service was fast. the notizblock papers with customer drawings about the walls give him a funny feeling, so there are definitiw potential. but eating was sad only bad."

"I came with a family of 7 and we sat at the back it all was going well and our food arrived ready to eat. BUT then the waiter sat 13 grown men right next to our table I believe they were out for a...stag so LOUD and noisy. It’s not their fault but however the manager should have known better to sit them next to a family with young children. My children had to experience them being so loud and using foul language. My child was so upset that we didn’t even finish the food and we packed it away and left. We spoke to the manager but no sympathy was given. It was our first time in Bournemouth and wanted to spend quality time with good vibes and food. This place ruined my experience so far as we were so disappointed. Next time I think the MANAGER should really think about where to seat people and ensure other families don’t experience what we had to experience. Furthermore the waiter was lovely and great customer service from the moment we sat down and ensuring our dietary requirements were met. The waiter hospitality and mannerism was exceptional and should be promoted to a managers role then the actual manger."
