"Friday, off the cuff walk past. Looked OK, not too busy so thought I'd try it. Quick service initially then started to get busy. As I was on a table for 4 I offered to move to table for 2, well blinked and food had been moved. I finished and paid, to find 10% discretionary change added which was advertised admittedly.Thought I might of been let off as I offered to move and free up a bigger table No, didn't even get a thank you. The foods good so ill be back, but I certainly won't offer to help out next time, oh and could try smiling occasionally"

On our second visit to this restaurant, we were pleased to find that the food was served hot, delicious, and in generous portions. We will definitely return again in the future. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff and the food is not up to standard. Now the restaurant just looks cheap, whereas it had more class before they changed owners. The food and service used be better back then too, I definitely won't be back.

This is not somewhere that you would need to dressed up to go out to, it is a café with just basic wooden tables and chairs, situated just round the corner from Waterloo station. It is a fantastic place to fill up if you’re hungry and need something quick. It has got an extensive menu, so something for everyone. View menu
I have been visiting Culture Grub for about 10 years now and I highly recommend it! The food is great, the team is efficient and friendly, and there is always a warm welcome. My go-to dish is the Satay Tofu, which is delicious, but my friends have tried everything from noodles to curry and we have never been disappointed.

Efficient service no smiles included. Served main while we were still finishing our starters. And brought bill before was asked. Clearly wanted us out quickly Could not detect any beef in the Crispy chilly beef apart from having to chew a lot. It was Covered in a sweet gelatinous goo that made me feel quesy. Others in my party said they would not have ordered if they saw the state of the toilets before eating. Would not go back if I was hungry and the food was free.
