We have been to Mumtaz many times and Talha was so friendly and welcoming and he really looked after us throughout our starters, mains and even gave us a free chai tea to take with us on our way out. This was all before he even knew it was my birthday which made me appreciate it even more as he was just being kind out of the goodness of his heart. "I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mela Restaurant and I 'm thrilled to share my delightful experience. The Egg Pulao was truly yummy, brimming with flavors that were both rich and comforting. The highlight for me, though, was Mela 's signature Butter Chicken—creamy, perfectly spiced, and utterly satisfying. The Paneer Kulcha was another standout; soft, buttery, and stuffed generously, it paired wonderfully with the dishes. For dessert, the Anaarkali Rasmalai was simply heavenly—creamy, light, and just the right amount of sweetness, while the Gulab Jamun was phenomenally soft and soaked in a wonderfully aromatic syrup. "No welcome on arrival, we had to ask three times if someone could take our order. We'd booked for 5.30 to allow time to eat before the Tuesday night football at the Valley. There were only three tables in bar ourselves at this point. It took nearly 1 1/2 hrs to get our mains, all the time the kitchen was prioritising Take Aways for Just Eat customers over restaurant diners. Other people were complaining about the wait around us. When our starters had come and someone came to the table to ask if everything was ok, he'd turned around and walked off before I could compliment him on the starters. They literally didnt give a toss, apart from their friends... To add insult to injury I'd just got up to ask about the wait on the food and a waiter proceeded to put a plate of fried chicken and a bowl of chips on a table in the corner behind us, there was no one sat at the table, until two lads arrived clearly their buddies and sat down to eat when we had been waiting over 45 minutes for our mains. The food arrived, my butter chicken consisted of huge chunks of dried out chicken in yoghurt with some spice mix, my friend's chicken biryani was cold, my peshwari naan was soo sweet as to be inedible. We left after 5 minutes of getting our mains having paid. Safe to say that's a disaster not to be repeated in the same place!"

"This restaurant is one of the best places for milkshakes. I absolutely love the milkshakes here, especially the Oreo shake and Ambassador shake which I have tried and loved. The food is also amazing here. Although the service can be a bit slow, I believe that the delicious food is worth the wait. The ambiance is very cozy and comfortable. The prices are reasonable and I frequently visit this place to try out their shakes. If you're a fan of milkshakes, this place is a must-visit."

"it was a pleasant dinner overall and the portions certainly lived up to the expectations of being an American food. inexpensively, it was a bit more expensive compared to what they could otherwise obtain for possibly similar types of food, although portion size could also be reduced. since it is open until late (1130 a.m. to Sunday to Thursday and 1130 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays), it would be a nice place to have a few milkshakes late in the night when these sinful ask to come."

"The desserts were beautifully presented! I believe it would enhance customer service if the staff provided updates when an order isn’t ready right away. Unfortunately, the only downside for me this time was that the toppings on my crepe were excessive, which made it too rich for my taste. I do enjoy sweet treats, but this was a bit much. Next time, I think I’ll opt for ice cream instead!"
