"A restaurant I have to visit whenever I come to Birmingham, its delicious food and beautiful atmosphere makes me want to come back again every time. I highly recommend getting for appetizers hummus, and Borak Jobneh, very tasty , and for mains I liked Samak Meshwi, and lamb Shakiryah. They also served us tea after we finished, very generous of them. Everyone was welcoming, and we got served by Zuzu, who was very nice and welcoming. Highly highly recommend it ."

"We brought our family to the Derby Inn right before Christmas, with a mix of adults and kids ranging from 2 to 14 years old, and we had a wonderful lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the children's needs, and the food was delicious. There was a great variety of options on the menu, including good choices for the kids, and the portion sizes were generous. We will definitely be returning again!"

"Worst restaurant ever, never recommend it even if they offer free meals. First of all, we came to Glasgow with my family for the weekend, we were a group of 12 people and 2 children. We called the restaurant to make a reservation because of the large number of people but they told us reservation cannot be made over the phone and it’s first comes first served. We walked in to the restaurant with no welcoming at all! No one welcomed us and when we said we want a big table, they asked us to wait and they will see if they can accommodate it. The restaurant was not very busy so they could’ve organised the tables for all of us. When one of us asked if we can have one more table, the staff member was very rude and said you have to sit in a separate table and if we are not happy, we can leave! We ended up sitting in two different tables, but we were very disappointed with the way we were treated. I walked to one of the staff asking to speak to the supervisor or the manager. The supervisor was the rude staff that handled us at the beginning. I walked up to him very calmly and said we don’t appreciate the way you treated us, we didn’t feel welcomed and we do not believe we were treated fairly. He said you disturbed our customers! I said but we are customers and we are not here to beg, we are going to pay. He said this is business and you can’t expect us to accommodate your request on the weekend. I explained that we understand but he could have been more polite when he told us that he can’t offer us a table for all of us. He was extremely rude and racist and we are considering taking a legal action because we felt very offended. Then someone from the kitchen came and said we have customers and we either sit down or leave. We said we will leave because of the terrible cucumber service and he said you can leave and call the police if you want to!!! We felt so disappointed especially this place was recommended by one of our friends. We took pictures of the rude staff and the place and we are reporting it to management because after a long day all we wanted is a quiet family dinner but all we got is asked to leave the restaurant because we asked for a better customer service. We are 12 people and all of us took videos and pictures and we are going to post them all around the social media platforms. We can’t express how terribly we feel after this incident, our night is ruined and three hours later, we are still looking for another restaurant to go to. Never go there, they will treat you as trash! Even one star is too much for them"

"aqua is not far from the city center of coventry. there is a Shisha lounge and a dry bar that is alcohol-free. eating is expensive, but it's worth every penny. I tried the strawberry mojito and also tried the forerro raw milkshake and both were delicious. for starters I tried her humes bill shawarma, for which I asked for mixed meat, e.g., huh and lamb. for the main course I had mixed grill that came with rice and vermacilli. Actually, I couldn't ask for more, eating was delicious and worth every penny. I would highly recommend going there if they are really a food-loving person and like to enjoy their meal. as the foods are freshly cooked, they expect a small waiting period before the food is served."

"As part of our stay in Brighton for my Fiance's birthday, we came here for dinner. This restaurant was only a few minutes walk from our hotel. As it was almost 9pm on a Monday night the restaurant wasn't very busy but when we came in, a lot of people seemed to be paying their bills. It worked for us as we enjoyed the service almost being solely on us. The food came quickly once we ordered and honestly it was one of the nicest Turkish meals we have ever eaten. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The portions were very generous and so filling. We went back to our hotel with very happy and full stomachs. 10/10. We don't live in Brighton but on our next visit to the City we will be back again."

"As you can see by my posts, I enjoy a variety of foods and visiting many different locations in and around London. Bieteddine Express provides probably the best service I’ve experienced. The food is delightful and tasty. The atmosphere of culture can be enjoyed in every part of your visit whether it be to eat in or take out. Now we all like chips, agreed. I will say hand on heart that Bieteddine Express serves the best chips in London. Not taking anything away from the menu that they serve. I’m always looking to order something new on my visits. I’m never disappointed."

"when we were shopping next door, but recently in another Turkish restaurant, I was intrigued to try more and here was my chance! must say was not disappointed, really good eating in beautiful environment and great service. we had the hot mixed mezze for two as starter, then I had the lamb iksender and wife f had what she said was the best psychic she had ever had. I also tried and it was! we finished with baklava and coffee, a cappuccino for them and what else a Turkish one for me. we have ejected the boot and felt good and really filled after it, but it is worth trying a wider selection of Turkish cuisine! will definitely reappear when in harrogate."

"The servers were attentive and the service was quick. The halloumi starter was delicious, with a chewy texture and fresh salad. I ordered the house burger and it met my expectations. When my friend arrived late, they were accommodating and prepared a take-away meal for him as we had to leave quickly for our event. Excellent service!"

"My friend and I were looking for vegetarian dim sum, and she found this gem of a place online. What a fantastic find. We had gyozo, mixed veg dim sum, I had a lovely Korean fried chicken dish, with rice, and peanut brownie dessert, which was more of an ice cream sundae. My friend had the vegan katsu, I tried a bit and it was awesome, she had the mochi dessert. All delicious service was excellent, staff were very friendly and attentive. This place has a really good vibe. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars , but would happily give more. You must try this lovely place."

"this is the 2nd time I visited Saray, last time was after 1st lockdown before X'Mas. We had this time 2 soups mains. My wife liked chicken soup very much that it used fresh chicken, mine was lentil which was very thick and rich. An important tip is to add lemon juice that it kicked up the taste100%. Portion of mains were more than enough for both of us, one was lamb and the other chicken. Lamb moussaka had a top layer which was made of cheese potato (I guess), minced lamb etc; Chicken casserole was a little overcooked that meat was quite chewy, though both were very tasteful. I will visit again for other dishes."

So we got our flatbread, that was nice and warm but just over five minutes later, when we hadn't finished eating that our main course arrived. with the time I had completed the first course, my main course was cold. "My family and I had a lunch here after going to GoApe. It was the best turkish dinner we had in London. We ordered the platter for 4 and it was more than enough for 5 people. The platter had different type of meats served on bread, rice, bulgur and chips.The staff were friendly, particularly Erdem who my niece had a conversation with in Turkish. Victoria also offered us complimentary Turkish tea."

"Had a really nice meal here recently. We were greeted with a friendly server and seated straight away, offered a drink also. We offered a selection of vegetarian dishes on the menu, all were as tasty as the other. The halloumi gyros was lovely, as was the veggie moussaka. One small let down was that my partners usual favourite dish (grilled swordfish) was removed from the menu. There’s a variation of it still on the menu but with king prawns and my partner doesn’t like prawns. We asked for this dish without the prawns, the server checked with the kitchen and they told us it wasn’t possible. I understand how modifying dishes isn’t an option but it doesn’t say this on the menu, and we would have been willing to pay full price for a reduced dish. Would love this to be an option for the future… if so it would be back to a 5* experience"

"I have been a customer of this place (takeaways mostly) for a good few years now and today I decided to go there for a meal (twice before setting in for a meal too). Was greeted by a lovely waitress, she set me down and gave me the menu. When I was ready to order this other waitress came and I asked her if I could have the 19-something item consisting of chicken shish, lamb shish, adana kebab with rice and salad, and whatnot. I asked her if I could have ribs instead of Adana kebab to which she replied No I cannot change anything I said I 'll pay extra but she again said the same thing to me and I thought her customer service was a bit rude because of the way she said that to me without any explanation to why it cannot be changed. I normally take takeaways from this place and they always changed the item for me as I paid the extra difference. So disappointed in the way I was refused because I loved the food in there. I 'll never come to this place again. This review is not about getting other people not to come here as I wouldn 't do that.. the food is extremely tasty there so I 'd urge people to go there. I 'd only ask the management to cater to customers who are willing to pay the extra costs and train their staff members.. thank you."
