"The food was beautifully presented, as always. Our starter arrived at the right time, but we experienced a nearly 25-minute wait for our main course, and no explanation was given for the delay. Larger tables of four were served their starters, mains, and desserts after we had our starter but before we received our main dish. We didn’t receive any updates during this time. While the restaurant was busy (which is great for them given the current climate), there were moments when social distancing wasn’t maintained, making it feel a bit cramped. I will return because I enjoy the restaurant and the food, but it's clear that some improvements are needed to ensure that the focus on profit doesn’t compromise good service, as well as the safety and comfort of both staff and customers."

"We went out for dinner with friends at Alitalia and were very satisfied. Drinks and food were served very quickly after ordering, and both the pizza and pasta dishes as well as the meat dish were very delicious. The prices are completely reasonable considering the quality and service. We had made a reservation and were seated at a table on the edge of the large room, which made it a bit more secluded and quiet."

"Nice, warm and lovely place. Already have been in there a couple of times but never had the chance to take some pictures and to write a review. "we came in as we had a buy, get a free cream tee pass through the john Lewis Card app. After we had ordered ourselves and sat down, it took about 15 minutes until our tee was brought over us, what we thought was one, but when it was a Sunday afternoon and we reasonably understood. we thought the skorn would follow, but they didn't, in that we waited another 15/20 minutes and nothing came. our table was right next to the counter so we could see that many drinks/kissen/mice are placed on tablets and brought to other tables. we asked one of the servers if we could have the rest of our order, because he had not all come, she said (without apology offered) and checked our table number before she went back behind the counter. but nothing came back and after another 10 minutes we had enough and had to go as we needed to be elsewhere. we went and asked if we could have a refund because it was ridiculous that we would wait for over 45 minutes until a cake is placed on a plate. the dame at the time was the one who had taken our order and we asked where our food was when she passed, but she still looked out that we were angry! she went and got someone else, I guess her manager, who then told us that we could not have a refund because we used a voucher and included our ordering a free article. why that meant that we could not get a refund that I don't know, we didn't ask for the money for two things, just for those we paid. they said the best they could do was give us the objects, and within less than a minute they were piled. Amazing that it could be done so quickly, considering how long we had originally waited! I can't say if the actual cakes were good or not because we had to go somewhere else this afternoon, so they had to be left in a warm car for several hours and until we came home, the pots of the cream had to be thrown away and they had dried out."

"came to this charming, cozy Italian local tonight in kentish town for a friend birthday. the atmosphere was beautiful and intimate, service of the beautiful hostes were attentive and very polite. pizza x 2 we are great and the beer were icy cold as they should be, but the tiramisu lived until and surpassed their call, was delicious much chew not too much goo bill was reasonable, will return. when you drive it not in the last minute, as the parkings in front of the site was terrible maybe get a taxi."

"We recently hosted a 50th birthday celebration for over 30 guests at this Italian restaurant, which happens to be my husband's favorite. The staff were extremely organized and there were no errors with the meals. They did a great job preparing, cooking, and serving a 3-course meal for everyone. The food was delicious and arrived hot and fresh. The service was excellent and the staff were willing to accommodate any requests. We will definitely return to Gaetano's for special occasions in the future. The only regret we have is not taking any photos, but we highly recommend dining there yourself as you will not be disappointed. We are even considering booking a table for Christmas. Thank you to Carlo, his wife, and son for a wonderful experience. We will be back soon. As for parking, there is a car park near BBC Wiltshire Radio which is affordable after 6pm."

"My granddad's favourite meal from Chenzos is no longer on the menu--a tagliatelle with Chenzo's sauce. When he was dying last year, we phoned in and asked if he could make some of this dish for us to take away. He did it every day we asked, and always with a smile. Granddad's appetite dried up in his final months, but he would always go for a Chenzos : And I got to enjoy some of the pizza too, which is superb! I was visiting my nana today and we helped ourselves to another Chenzos today--and once again, he made the tagliatelle for my nana. I doubt they know how much it meant to my grandparents during granddad's illness that he kept taking the time to make this comfort dish, but it meant loads and loads and I apprecioate it greatly. Thank you!!"

"Looking for somewhere quick and easy to eat on a Tuesday night in Halifax. The town was dead, everywhere was shut but we stumbled upon here. It felt like we'd stumbled into Fawlty Towers but it smelt amazing and actually the food didnt disappoint at all. Huge portions, I was even asked if I wanted to take my leftover spaghetti carbonara home!! Pizza for breakfast yes, spaghetti no!!!It was so quiet in the restaurant, no atmosphere whatsoever, it felt like I was sitting in a train station waiting room of old. Everything could do with bringing up to date by 20 years but having said that the food was pretty delicious and at the end of the day that's why we were there. Don't expect a romantic experience but if you're looking for large portions and decent food, this could be the place for you."

"We attended Borsalino for a belated Christmas family lunch. The food was superb and the staff were lovely and attentive. We've already decided we'll be coming back to try more things from the menu. Probably the best Italian I've had in the Aberdeen area. Also to note, I am a coeliac and the gluten free pizza base is the best I've had in the 7 years of being diagnosed. A proper GF homemade base, which tasted delicious and just like the real thing. No issues after the meal which means no cross contamination either a coeliac's dream! "Been coming to Bistro Romano's for almost a year now and it's safe to say it's a beautiful place to come and eat, the service is fantastic and the environment is a very comfortable place to be. "It 's quite difficult to weed out the 'reviews ' from the reviews these days. This is a review. I visited very early evening on a rainy Halloween without a booking. From the outside it looks pretty lively it certainly stands out from the many other Italians in Scarborough. The gentleman who greeted me didn 't flinch, tut or roll his eyes when I said I admitted I was without booking and offered me a table by the fire in the bar. He then pitched up quickly with a menu and took my drink order: Birra Moretti on tap hurrah who wouldn 't? I had come specifically for pizza and even the specials board couldn 't dissuade me. I ordered the Diavola, which came with a warning due to its chilli and N 'duja content. I was feeling adventurous. A steaming pizza duly arrived and I ate every bit. It was absolutely delicious: very thin base perfectly topped with aforesaid toppings along with pepperoni. It was hot, but not too hot (no need for a warning) and the meaty bits were good and salty. 'Reviews ' claim this is the best restaurant in Scarborough. It may be, but as I haven 't visited every restaurant in Scarborough I can 't verify that. But what I can say with honesty is that this is a lovely, cozy Italian serving perfect pizza."
