There is a better fish and chip shop next door called Random N, and I recommend trying their curry. The quality is unbeatable. There were cobwebs throughout the entire shop. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was shocking and absolutely dreadful. I used to order takeout from here frequently, but in the last few months, the pizza was always undercooked and had very little toppings. I decided to give them another chance and placed an order for iftari at 8pm, but they changed the delivery time to 9:20pm without informing me. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person on the phone said she was also fasting and that I had to accept the new timing. When I asked for a refund, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to multiple unhelpful staff members, including a woman who claimed to be the manager named Nosh. She was no better and provided poor customer service. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from the front desk staff was shocking."

"I placed an order online that was accepted and told delivery in 50 mins which was fine but 10 minutes before delivery I received a call from a man who struggled to speak English. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I thought he was saying he was lost. Then another man came on line who was just rude. He said they didn’t deliver where I live and I asked why they had accepted my order. It is not their fault as they didn’t check and had now wasted the food. I am only 7 mins from them but couldn’t drive. I asked when I would be refunded and he said I’m not refunding you , you call a number and they do it. I asked why he wouldn’t refund me directly and he just laughed and said “ you want your money you do it. I am not doing your job. If you don’t call you loose your money I don’t care “ he was laughing and chatting to someone in a foreign language. I asked him why he was being rude and he laughed and said no you are rude. He found the whole thing so funny I am so surprised he is in business. If it’s not his company he should be sacked. After asking 6 times he gave me the number and then hung up. Speechless but having seen the other reviews I feel better that I am not the only person to experience this type of behaviour from the staff"

"I ordered food for five people and had to wait half an hour. There were seven or eight people with smaller orders and an Uber Eats delivery person who came after me but received their food before me. The chips were dry and unappetizing. I only came here because my usual fish and chip shop was closed. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning. I highly do not recommend this place."
