"I placed an order online that was accepted and told delivery in 50 mins which was fine but 10 minutes before delivery I received a call from a man who struggled to speak English. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I thought he was saying he was lost. Then another man came on line who was just rude. He said they didn’t deliver where I live and I asked why they had accepted my order. It is not their fault as they didn’t check and had now wasted the food. I am only 7 mins from them but couldn’t drive. I asked when I would be refunded and he said I’m not refunding you , you call a number and they do it. I asked why he wouldn’t refund me directly and he just laughed and said “ you want your money you do it. I am not doing your job. If you don’t call you loose your money I don’t care “ he was laughing and chatting to someone in a foreign language. I asked him why he was being rude and he laughed and said no you are rude. He found the whole thing so funny I am so surprised he is in business. If it’s not his company he should be sacked. After asking 6 times he gave me the number and then hung up. Speechless but having seen the other reviews I feel better that I am not the only person to experience this type of behaviour from the staff"

Chicken wrap easily overcooked meat, but overall tasty lamb shish beautiful and delicate pleasant staff overall good. minus : plastic without renovation thank you.

I placed an order on Just Eat last night, but unfortunately the food I received was incorrect and dry. I called today and received a poor apology. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We ordered pizza, kebab, and doner meat and chips for takeout from Kennington Grill and it was fantastic. The pizza was affordable and tastier than Papa John's or Topp's. Well done, Kennington Grill!

recently changed here by another kebab shop. great service, nice eating. I would like to see halloumi on the menu, but this is the only thing I could do out. children love the nuggets, pizza was also beautiful. this is now our new rule.

I ordered 2 kebabs, but they arrived 1.30 hours late and I ended up cancelling the order. Despite my request, the restaurant delivered the food 30 minutes after I had cancelled, so I returned it. Unfortunately, they refused to refund my money, claiming they had already fulfilled the order. This whole situation felt like a scam to me. I spent £18 on food that I never got to eat, and I believe this experience could have put the kebab shop out of business. What a disappointment. I essentially paid for nothing.

Ordered online on Uber Wanted a pizza so done a create your own pizza for 3 of us and it came up as £2.80 each one and got some other bits, ordered it to then get it cancelled straight away so rung up and they said “yes you ordered 3 pizzas, 4 cans of pizza and a chicken burger for £12 something” I then said that’s not our fault and he said “we’re not a charity shop” not our fault it’s coming up as that price! So rude and will not be ordering from here again! Here’s proof of order coming up as that price (coming up less as have a coupon)

So, as we had been working hard in garden we decided to order and collect food from this place. 2 Chicken Shish Kebabs with salad and one with ketchup and other with garlic mayo both with salad with 2 portions of chips. The guy on the phone couldn’t speak English well and we repeated the order twice. Got their to collect, again repeated what was ordered. Was told this was all correct.
