"Do not make a reservation at this restaurant! They are unreliable. We booked a table for a party of 5 at 4pm and traveled all the way from Essex, only to find the place closed. We tried calling multiple times with no answer, and even messaged them on Instagram, where the owner responded with attitude. They need to improve their website and booking process, especially if they only open at 6pm on weekdays. They should also be more considerate towards customers and treat each individual with respect."

"London has a long list of fake' Indian restaurants places where nothing is Indian except the names of the dishes on the menus. Bhatti is one of them. Although the waiter denied this and guaranteed their chef was Indian I had my doubts when the paratha and nan were both made in the tandoor, the butter chicken was made with tomato purée and the motor' paneer had so much mutter in it that it became difficult to wash it down with water as well. Service was just passable with the waiters making you conscious while you eat. From the way they kept staring at us I think the poor fellas were very hungry themselves. "if I could, I would mark it all as ZERO stars. what else can be assigned to a restaurant that takes a table order, it confirms by email, and then if you are ready to dine find the entire restaurant in darkness and closed, apparently for good or foreseeable future. open table: why allow and accept booking; why send a confirmation? why do they simply advise that the restaurant is closed? we arrived at the same time as another couple that was just as confused."

"eating is good, but they can't make decent leti. the service was inconsistent. the table was not cleaned after the net and before dessert. Saturday night was empty. in the upper floor was a party and very loud blowing with their own music. it is not a private room; it is open and clearly visible from below, so not ideal for diners who want to chat. the management has changed hands again last year. iron out these knicks and it would be a great place."

"Marvellous food and friendly service. They were perhaps just a little too attentive. There must be an optimum number of times to ask if everything is alright and they just slightly exceeded my preference. I would definitely go again even though they don't serve alcohol because the food was superb."
